Must admit had waited a long time for item to come into stock, but once I was able to order, it was easy to do so and the item delivered quickly with predelivery advice on time and day. Good experience.

Company communicated well. Product was in perfect condition, perfectly packaged. Shipped on time. Only reason for dropping one star was shipment was via DPD which meant (again) that I had no tracking info until the "we are on our way" message.

Was going to knock this review down a few stars for the long delivery time but because of the help from Tom and the gem of a little ukulele I've decided against it .thanks to all.

my order was dealt with very quickly and delivered within two days. I e mailed them with a query and they sent a solution straight away first class service .

I was told the guitar was being set up before being shipped. It was not set up at all. I am likely to return this item because of the string buzz that occurs on the low E string and fret/neck issues when bending B string past 12th fret. It was also shipped with old strings.

Price and delivery and a speedy response to questions.
If you want a suggestion, can I suggest you take a long hard look at your website. It is jerkie, jumbled and some of the links are not connected. I tried several times to register the product, but with great difficulty. I also had the error message when I looked for the "technical" link suggested by the warranty cards.

'People buy from people', Tom has ensured I'll be back as and when I'm looking for something.
Plus, I must add, I do like Vintage guitars and have since purchased a VR6 12 string which I collect this coming Saturday. I will buy more over time.

I ordered a set of drumsticks from this outlet but Evri the courers delivered them to the bin store down stairs because they couldnt be bothered to walk up one flight of stairs to deliver them,so they subsequently got stolen as they were in a public accessable area.Evri didnt seem to be at all bothered nor could i phone them to complain so i phoned tom at Ivor Mairants directly and explaind what happened.He was amazing and told me he would send another set out straight away by DPD this time to arrive next day in which they did.His customer service was second to none so i will definatly be using them again in the future.Not only did i recieive my sticks before my gig saturday night but i just rehearsed with them and they are perfectly balanced along with being bang on my preferred weight.Absolute Quality product.I cant thank you enough tom well done.
