Clear issues with refund process

There is a clear issue with this brand surrounding refunds!!! I have been ignored on email and Instagram surrounding my refunds. I luckily read the reviews here that said to contact ASOS and they have now processed my refunds. I will not order from this brand again.

I’ve had a similar experience as the…

I’ve had a similar experience as the other recent reviews, where I have not received my refund that was sent on the 25th September. This is very poor, I would not order from them again. It makes me think that maybe their business is suffering/ in administration.

Edit - I have just contacted ASOS on the live chat and they sorted my refund straight away, and for any issues with brands they said go directly to them! Very helpful

Too large, don't expect a refund for returns!

Ordered 2 bras through ASOS not realising they weren't coming direct from ASOS. Sizing was significantly larger than other brands, so needed to return them. For returns there was a portal through the ASOS website that generated a DPD returns label with email tracking that seemed simple enough, but my refund never materialised. Chased ASOS for a refund, provided proof of delivery, was told they would chase it up, still nothing. Chased again a couple of weeks later and was asked for a returns reference (not the DPD reference) - this is not sent to you on an email and is not shown in your ASOS returns history; if it is provided at all I can only assume it is shown once on the screen when you generate your returns label. Tried again after nearly 2 months had passed and searching Trust Pilot to see I was not the only person this had happened to and with this information up my sleeve have finally got my refund from ASOS!

Ignoring emails, no refund given

I returned two items in August. Have confirmation the return has made its way back, but I still haven’t actually received the refund. I’ve sent 5 emails and 3 instagram messages but nothing back. Absolutely shocking

Returned an item which was delivered…

Returned an item which was delivered back to their warehouse by DPD on 12 September, still not received a refund or any response to my emails. Will be going through ASOS now as others have. Do NOT buy from here - I won’t be again.

AVOID!

I placed an order through ASOS and had to return the item to Ivory Rose as it didn't fit. Despite DPD tracking confirming the item had been delivered on 2nd Sept I've STILL not received my refund from them and they've been ignoring any contact. DO NOT BUY from this company. I have flagged with ASOS and thankfully they're refunding the money to me so I would urge anyone in the same position to do this too!

No refund or acknowledgment

I returned a parcel, which was delivered back to ivory rose on 08/09/2025. I have still not received a refund, or even an email to say my refund is on its way. I have emailed multiple times, as well as messaging them on social media, and have not received any acknowledgment or reply.
I would like my refund, and will not be ordering again. It’s a shame because I have ordered from them multiple times before and their products are excellent. Just a shame that their customer service is awful.

Ignoring refunds

I have been waiting since the 16th of September for my refund after it was confirmed to have been received at the warehouse. No replies to emails, messages or anything. Don’t order from this company unless you are sure you will keep the items.

item never came, never got a response - scam

I ordered a bra back at the start of August and paid £4.99 for next day delivery, it is now the end of September and I never received the item, I have contacted the email address 4 times asking for them to either resend my item or refund me and I have had no response. I expect I am unlikely to receive a response and I am not in the sort of financial position where I can afford to lose £20. Never ever shop here what a disappointment and a scam.

Never got my refund!!

I returned my order 2 months ago and never got my refund despite them confirming they received my return. Scam company! Luckily asos refunded me when I informed them. Avoid avoid avoid!

Terrible. Avoid!!

They sent me the wrong item, so i returned it and DPD confirmed it had been delivered on 29/08/25. Since then I have heard nothing despite messaging them on email, website query form and social media. People were commenting they were having the same experience on Instagram, and Ivory Rose are deleting their comments and have now disabled comments. What is going on?! It's a shame as their bras are great. Perhaps they are going bust?! (No pun intended) I'll be going to the Ombudsman now. Also they are saying in their Instagram bio they are rated 4.8 on Trustpilot - very misleading!

Do not order from this company EVER

Do not order from this company EVER. Have been waiting over a month for a refund on items that were CONFIRMED to have been delivered to the warehouse in mid August. How disgraceful. People have been commenting similar experiences on the company’s Instagram profile and they have been deleting comments and disabling comments on posts. Absolutely atrocious. Will never be purchasing from here again and would advise the same for others. Will be contacting UK trading standards.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I sent a return nearly a month ago for an item ordered via ASOS. The return is showing as delivered but I’ve had no communication, no refund and they are not responding to any of my contact requests. I’m not the only person who is in this position too. Do not waste your money.

No refund or email response

Ordered through ASOS, had to return directly to the retailer. Got DPD confirmation they received my return almost 3 weeks ago, no refund, no response to 3 emails containing proof of delivery to them - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Clearly incredibly poor internal processes and customer service - give me my refund please!

Do not use!!

Do not use!!! Order through asos, they’ve had my returned parcel for a month and still no refund. I have emailed multiple times and no reply. Asos have sorted it out for me, so lucky they have good customer service. Do not order anything from Ivory rose!!!

Very very poor customer service

Very very poor customer service. My wife returned items over a month ago and they have received the item back over 3 weeks ago and they have not responded to any of our emails or refunded the money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

No refund and ignoring my emails

Terrible customer service or shall I say no customer service! Completely ignored by ivory rose! Does anybody manage emails ?? I purchased an item from ivory rose on ASOS - at first I didn't realise it wasn't actual ASOS and was going to be shipped separately but that's ok not a problem! Item arrived the wrong colour - I bought another item again using ASOS but items didn't fit at all despite being size up - returned straight away - parcels both arrived safely to ivory rose according to tracking - over 10 days no refund - I wrote several emails and no reply - I've had to contact ASOS asking for help and they very kindly refunded me - I asked asos to give ivory rose feedback as waiting this long for a refund in 2025 is crazy! But the worst part is being ignored!

I returned an item which was eligible for refund as didn’t fit but had no contact for over 2 weeks. I have sent multiple emails. Left messages on their website and even reached out through instagram! Heard nothing back. Customer service here is -0 . Terrible

Great Swimwear

I always struggle to find bikinis that fit, but this company has changed that! I ordered multiple sizes to find the best and the returns process was really easy and smooth for the ones that didn’t fit. Will try bras next!
