I’m still awaiting a order I placed almost 3 weeks ago and trying to contact them is hard and ridiculous they just keep telling me to wait 3/5 days, An £60 order and still sat waiting, anyone else had this issue

Good quality quick delivery
But small sizes Iv now ordered the next size up

Material is bad quality. Sizes run smaller than the size guide. I want a refund!

This is the second dress I ordered and in another color…. Very beautiful and I have gotten the most compliments

I liked the quick delivery and the fit but not sure about the quality of the product, was expecting a sturdier pair of pumps.

I have asked for a full refund and still waiting for a returns address and label. Instead of being given that like asked numerous times i keep getting asked if i want a 10% voucher.

Fast delivery, good quality products

I received an email from Ivrose on 08/07/23, that they tried to deliver my item to the local delivery office but they were unsuccessful.
I was then told to contact my local delivery office or go and pick up the item myself.
In England before a customer can collect an item/parcel, the postman needs to have attempted to deliver the parcel, and if the customer is not at home, they will leave a delivery note, with details of how to collect the item.

I found the information given via email.as very disappointing. They need to get their facts right before giving out wrong information.

2 out of 3 items did not fit. I need to return them. How do I do that?
