Lovely Dress
I love the dress, and feels very fitted and gave me a good shepe. I am a size 16 and it fits perfectly. Lovely design and really beautiful colours.

A wee long to wait lovely tops but trousers not a great fit

Received order after one month. 2 tops appeared on my original order which I never ordered so what a faff getting them to swap for another 2 tops before shipping my order. Original tops still appear on my shipped order online so how would you refund something that’s not showing on order?! Wanted to cancel whole order before it processed as felt suspicious but they wouldn’t let me. Kept saying have the order & we will give you 10% discount next order. Well I will never reorder! £98 & half the order fit for bin. Fabric horrible - like swimsuit material. Cheap & nasty. 4 of tops look nothing like on photo. Dress definitely not like on photo and again like swimsuit material. Colour not like on photo. 2 of tops will need a camisole as I don’t fancy wearing a top bearing the whole of my front!! Again, not like on photo. Judging by reviews, a refund is near impossible to get so I will write at least £50 of my order and liken it to throwing money in the bin. Lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN!!

I placed my order for goods on 14/06/23 and did not receive them till 05/07/23.
I expected them to arrive for
28/06/23 as I had a wedding to attend on 01/07/23, but they came four days after this date.
I am not sure if I would order again from this site, as I am having difficulty getting my returns to you.
This for me is not a very good way to purchase goods and services, especially when it seems like they dont
want to reimburse me for stuff I don't need or want any longer.

It was bit slow with waiting for delivery, took around 3 week, but received finally 2 beautiful dresses, nice material and fit well, true to size. My warmly recommendation and I will probably buy again, thank you IvRose

The experience as a whole was great with only 1 small detail I wish could be rectified. In tracking the order, I would have liked to see an estimated date of arrival. The item I purchased is exactly as described. No disappointment here. I would purchase from this site again.

Absolute joke! I’ve requested to return a dress made from basically swim suit fabric 3 times now. They keep offering a partial refund of different amounts! My last correspondence said “is this a joke! Please stop offering partial refunds and just tell me how to return my item”!!!! Honestly never taken so long! I’ll probably be out of my returns period before I get an answer!!
