I loved the clothes I waited a little longer than I thought but overall for my 1st time with this company I was happy

Order a dress on 3rd June, I contacted them a few times due to order still saying processing to be told there was a delay of 3-7 business days. Contacted again this week due to this timeframe ending to be told another 3-7 business days, requested order to be cancelled which they did to be told now I have to wait 7-15 business days to receive my money. Ordered same dress in a different colour elsewhere cheaper and arrived within a few days. Lesson learnt

I don't really know what to say as I ordered a top beginning of June. It was shipped from China and is now sitting in depot in Essex. Not received yet but I am trying to stay optimistic.

Placed an order on 4th June and still hadn’t left the warehouse by the 21st. I have messaged their customer service within this time and still no updated process. They even offered me 5% off my next order…… erm how about you just dispatch the 1st one. It was my 1st time ordering from here and definitely my last. I have asked for a refund today. So don’t bother with this site!

Horrible experience it’s says 5/7 days to process I’m now on day 15 and it’s still not processed. Tried to contact them and nothing they just ignore you. I feel like £75 wasted and can’t get a refund gutted

Ordered item one month ago still nothing, chased for updates told it was on its way. Got through on webcam today and was told item out of stock choose something else, I said no I want a refund. Item was for a wedding tomorrow. Bad customer service. I will not use again.

Placed an order 3rd June. No update or change on processing order. £100 worth of dresses!! Very unhappy customer

I received my order but unfortunately the size wasn’t correct. I tried to return my item for a refund but was told I could keep the item and receive a partial refund. This wasn’t satisfactory especially when you claim to have easy returns policy. I will not use this site again and will advise anyone else to also not use this site

Order 2 dresses on 5 June 2023. We are now on the 1st july 2023 and had no movent what so ever! No communication, and wont even give a refund..
Will probably receive my order sometime around Christmas so there's hope next summer I can wear them! Avoid like the plague. Honestly think there a scam.

My first time ordering from this site and I wasn’t disappointed, the dress looks just like the photos, it arrived faster than I thought and the company emailed to check whether my item had arrived or not.

It arrived on time, the dress is beautiful and true to size.

Not worth it. Ordered on 5th June, kept checking the tracking.. Still not even been packed at the warehouse. Spoke to customer service.. they don't even have the stock. Why take the orders if you don't have the stock. Its 17th June now and I've asked for a refund. Won't be using this site again. If you see the rainbow colour maxi dress advert, don't bother ordering.. they don't have it!!

They were late but the outfits are beautiful. They fit perfectly, cannot wait to wear them.

I would give less than one star of allowed, do not use this website, total scam, placed an order 18 days ago and apparently it has just been dispatched so can’t be cancelled and will take at least a further 10 days to arrive!! Shocking service and terrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
