The dress doesn't look like the pictures, it's fabric is like a bathing suit. Not fit for a dress. The return procedure is too difficult so I'm obligated to keep this terrible piece of useless fabric. Never ordering here again and wil definitely tell everyone not to order here.

Ridiculous! The jeans were two sizes too small, the shoes were too small, the shirt was too small, and it’s a joke, trying to return stuff to you guys. I don’t recommend I would never shop your site again.

Offered me 10% refund on products that didn’t suit me not a total refund !! And would not give me a reason why

The clothing is the same as shein.. twice the price and twice as long in delivery. I've been waiting 3½ weeks and my clothes are still not here. I've asked for a refund and they keep making excuses.

Delivery took a lot longer than I expected although the tracking is updated frequently, I'm just very impatient. The dress appears good quality, sadly it's far to big on the top half for me. I'm a UK size 10/12 and ordered a medium.

I placed an order with this company on the 31/05/23
It’s now the 29/06/23 and the dress hasn’t even left the warehouse
I did enquire a couple of weeks ago, to be told that there was a delay with stock. It still says awaiting packaging on the tracking system, which was dated the 03/06
Needless to say I’ve asked for the order to be cancelled
I’ll update with any refund problems

Don’t not use customer service is shocking I have helen from there online customer service threatening me it’s shocking so rude it’s unbelievable I’ve got the screenshots too.

All fine dresses were lovely But takes to long to come

I ordered a dress on the 2nd June and it is now June 25th and I still have now received it. I have sent loads of messages and noone has got back to me. Ordered the dress to wear to a party next weekend. Looks like I will have to go shopping for somerhing else. Won't be ordering anything off here ever again

The 2 dresses I ordered looked completely different on the website and were too big. I asked for a refund but got a reply from them asking if I'd accept a 10% refund and I kept the goods. I said absolutely not and found that a weird thing to offer me as its well withinthe refund time period. Paid via Clearpay which was a mistake on my behalf because the items took soooooo long to come and ive paid 3 of the 4 payments already. Overall not impressed and once I've got my refund I will be deleting the app and never using again.

Total waste of time , ordered 2 weeks ago and no item , hasn’t even left the warehouse. No response to my emails and messages.

Returning all items as not happy with the fabric and finish if garments.
