This company gets you to click a link which then charges your account, I managed to get a refund minus deductions. I then found on that day they took two further payments without authorization having agreed to cancel my account. I advise you have nothing to do with this company.

I am very happy to know that I would be able to get a refund for the subscription payment which was automatically deducted from my Maya account last February 22, 2025.
Although the refund hasn't been credited to my account yet, the hope to get the money back for my medicines is there.
Carmen helped me resolved my issue and will be forever grateful to her.
