This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I signed up with them in 2024 after seeing them advertise that they had meeting spaces in my area. When trying to book my first space I saw that they had no space here and the closet place was 2 hours away from me which was not good being that my clients live near me.
Quickly maybe 3 days later I went on their site to cancel the membership and I saw nowhere that I could do that. I tried to call them with no answer and I am not even sure if it was the right number but I left multiple messages and sent several emails. Finally I saw where I could terminate my services and still never heard anything from anyone and continued to get monthly bills. Just recently I finally heard from someone but it wasn’t to resolve my issue it was to collect over $1500 from me for services I was unable to use due to their fraudulent advertising. I will not be paying this and my lawyer is looking into it for me. I refuse to hand out money to companies that only want to steal from you and never fix your issues. Today when the representative called to collect my money I informed her of the situation and she still was not trying to help, just collect. She even said she saw where I reached out in February but it takes several months for someone to get back to you which I find odd.

Our customers can easily check the availability of a space in their online account (myregus.com) and make a booking according to their preference.
The agreements should be ended online according to their notice period; otherwise, they will continue and automatically renew for another term.
Before any account is passed to our collections team, we make multiple efforts to help prevent it from becoming overdue. This includes sending reminders, providing clear statements, and offering support to resolve any billing concerns early. Our goal is always to work with customers to avoid escalation, but if an account remains unpaid for an extended period despite these efforts, it is standard procedure for it to be managed by collections.
One of my team members has contacted you and requested that you provide further details to investigate your concerns, but you remain unresponsive. Please respond to them so that your concern can be quickly resolved.

Unethical Billing Practice - Avoid!

Like many of the other 1-star reviews I have seen,my experience is that IWG use deceitful and unclear auto-billing practices, combined with debt agencies to intimidate customers into paying significant sums for services that were never used.

I have been charged for a long period of membership, during which I was not aware my Regus membership was valid. I did not use the facilities during this time, and they did not bill me. Rather than contacting me to inform me that there was a debt owed, they allowed payment to accrue and I have now, almost 2 years later, have been contacted by a debt collection agency immediately threatening court proceedings if I do not pay the thousands that are 'owed' for facilities/services I did not step foot in during the period.

Avoid like the plague

They only get 1 star because there is no option for zero stars.

This company is a scam. You will use their offices once, and then they will keep you in an agreement that you weren't aware you signed forever, with no way of leaving, no way of contacting them and then legal fees if you don't pay the invoices that you never agreed to pay.

There are many, many feeds on reddit with people who have shared this experience, look it up for yourself.

Access to offices every where as a subscriber

I comfortable with having access to offices and lounges across the globe
But, l also have a problem with getting reductions from number of times offices are used when it was actually not used, in the case of virtual office pro where a user is entitled to 5 office spaces per month. This month l have been charged as using the office space twice instead of once. I hope you correct this error.

I Enjoy Working with IWG.

I have office space in Doylestown. I find the staff to be pleasant and very accommodating. The facility is clean and the kitchen is always well stocked. The only issue I have is the parking. However, the space, location and employees make up for the parking frustration.

Their KYC team are terrible to deal with

Their KYC team are an absolute nightmare to work with. So frustrating and constantly changing their requirements. They also stop you receiving documents while the KYC process is ongoing so if you are getting documents to your registered office their local office aren't allowed to send them to you. Honestly, the KYC process for these guys is a reason not to do business with IWG
