Superb customer service & seamless setup

Melanie was excellent to get me setup in my office from start to finish. She even helped me select office furniture and design the space. So seamless and appreciated. Chirani has provided me with ongoing support and help with the continued setup of my office space the past month. My clients and I appreciate her professional demeanor upon arrival to the office space every time!

We have 9 contracts running

We have contracts running for Dublin, London, Palo Alto, Texas, Charlotte, Zürich, Singapore, Munich- which all works well, especially Munich. We canceled the contract for South Korea due to inacceptable behavior of "collections" department only- service was good. Collections was sending numerous nonsense e-mails with no person named or showing up. We never were discuss this awful case with anybody. We cancelled now New York because competitor is 50 % cheaper. We consider to do new contract with competitor in Beverly Hills since we see advantages in mail handling and price.

Locked out of office on day 2 of my…

Locked out of office on day 2 of my contract – complaint mishandled

I signed a 24-month office agreement at Spaces (IWG) Sugar House Island in August 2024. On the second day of my agreement (12 August) I was denied entry to the building after 6pm by on-site security. Despite providing my name, business details, and proof of tenancy, I had no means of accessing the office I had paid for.

This is a clear breach of contract, yet my formal complaint has been mishandled at every stage:

Initially told my case would be escalated to Accounts, but this was never done.

Later told it would be escalated to Legal for a documented outcome, this was contradicted by the Area Director, who then declared himself the “final authority” and closed the matter.

Told an “investigation” had taken place, but no documentation of this has ever been provided.

The Area Director’s reasoning (that the termination clause only applies to catastrophic events) does not appear anywhere in the wording of the agreement.

I have also written formally to Head Office and the Company Secretary, but more than 3 weeks later I have still not received any proper governance-level review.

The result is that I am paying for a space I cannot use, my complaint has been bounced between teams, and I have lost all trust in IWG’s service. The stress and wasted time has been significant.

At this point, I simply want a fair resolution and a way out of the contract, but the complaints process has been opaque, contradictory, and in my view, unethical. Please can someone above operational level get back to me on this asap!

We understand the inconvenience caused by the recent access issue. This was a temporary technical fault, during which all customers were temporarily issued visitor passes to ensure continued access. This has since been fully resolved, and normal access has been restored.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
As you are aware, your agreement is a formal business commitment, and we cannot bring it to an end before the official end date (on 31 August 2027).
Your centre manager has already been in contact with you regarding this matter. Please continue to speak with them if you need further assistance.

I have taken an office but due to left…

I have taken an office but due to left of our main management we had no option to use it then i requested to cancel the agreement and clear all dues but company refused. Ee are under debts we beed support so that in future we may use again offices for other project’s but that attitude of comapny makes us to think another way. We are afriad od bankruptcy. Pls help if you can

Run from these Liars

Run from these Liars. They commit actual fraud. I signed a 3-month lease. They renewed it just two days later for an additional 3 months, which I did not want or approve. They also added undisclosed optional charges, which cannot be removed and are therefore not optional. Never mind the horrible billing practices.

For 3-month agreements, a one-month notice is required to terminate the agreement without automatic renewal. While I understand that signing on 26 June left limited time to submit a cancellation notice, on 28 June you received a courtesy reminder email. This message clearly outlined pricing, terms, and the option to end the agreement should our services no longer be required.
Transparency is fundamental to us and we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed. Please note that you can provide termination notice, review your agreement, invoices, check and amend your services at any time using your online account by logging on to myregus.com.
