IT doesn't work spent an hour trying to place my order, putting in all the necnessary details to process my order system just spate it out every time!!! Would not let me pay for my order; no contact telephone number, I am elderly, disabled my main problem with website is very serious sight problems due to advance AMD.

Waste of space this company says complain via email but again you sit there writting out email under the most difficult circumstances only for the system to reject your email. They willnot only lose this order but any subsequent orders plus I will explain my difficulites today and advise my friends and family plus other members at the clubs I attened for the elderly or and disabled to save their time and energy by shopping elsewhere.

Not impressed by AI response basically saying we're great then offer up an admiission that yes sometimes things go wrong but we've got great reviews for our customer service teams support for customers.
Really I couldn't reach them as I said in my first review, AI didn't even address my problems concerning inability to get IT system to allow me to make a payment/purchase or that my complaint email was constanly throwen out. Nil points from me

The items I purchased were at a price that couldn't be bettered , delivery was precisely on schedule deliverd by Royal Mail Parcelforce , the delivery was packed to perfection in a sturdy cardboard box possibly the best packaged deliver i've ever received ,"Job's a good 'un" .

I ordered John Frieda's Weightless Wonder Frizz Ease conditioner, tragically/criminally discontinued, since it is the best conditioner I have ever found for my hair. The service was excellent, the product arrived in good condition and my withdrawal symptoms, plus the search for a new conditioner, have been delayed, so I could not be more complimentary about IWWN.

Ordered my Grenade protein bars once again from IWWN. Hugely discounted prices. Very easy to use their website, delivery was quick and very neatly packed.

I've ordered twice from IWWN and been happy both times. I'd never heard of the company before so thought I'd give them a try and wasn't disappointed. Delivery was few days with Royal Mail and an email was sent for tracking too. Will be ordering again in a few days. Highly recommended
