It took over four months to establish there was no redress after my parcel went missing. I supplied a denial of receipt form and crime reference. It was always clear Royal Mail had a delivery picture but unclear how to proceed. Time and again, the company only responded when I followed up. The final response from iwwn was so poorly worded that it seemed victim-blaming. It's a shame as there are well-chosen, good value and cleverly marketed products, some unusual, practical, cultural etc. Many orders were completely fine. But customer services proved callously inadequate when things went wrong.

After purchasing PhD Strawberry Diet Whey Protein Shake powder, which is very similar the the last review left actually, the item arrived, it looked fine. But the very first time I used it, I could taste the item was rancid. I contacted the company, and didn't get any help at all. This product may be able to be sold after it's BBE date, but it should be fit to eat, and that is your right as a buyer, I don't care if they are allowed to sell it, and I knew the 'taste' maybe slightly altered, NO THIS ITEM WAS RANCID....and my reply when I complained, we sell 100's and never had a complaint before, more utter bull**** from this company, because the last review is exactly the same...AVOID AVOID
