Amazing service and very professional,Kosta sent a Father and Son team.They were both very polite and made sure I was happy with everything.Everything was moved very quickly but with the up most care.It was my first time moving and I was very nervous but they kept me informed and Kosta rang me on the day to see everything was all ok and I was happy.I would 100% recommend Izzy removals company to anyone looking for removals and highly recommend the team you sent out and the price.They defo made it look easy. I have just used Izzy Removals to move across London. The guys who came out were absolutely amazing, very positive and attentive to my belongings. There were a lot of stairs to climb at both addresses, and they did a superb job without any issues.
Management has been very transparent about pricing and has been super easy to communicate with. Honest and trustworthy guys!

Great experience moving from London to Essex!

The guys were lovely and were able to fit everything we needed into the van.

I liked the Izzy removal team - they were nice, respectful men & they worked very hard. My wife was very comfortable with them being around the house when I wasn't there. They were great with the kids as well, most of the men had young children.

We bought the packing services as well as moving service.

- Moving day went well, the team arrived at 7 am worked exceptionally hard to get the house packed up by noon completion (everything packed into 4 lorries).
- The team were driven & pragmatic and moved us in (despite us being delayed) with the seller letting them in
- The team made a bunk bed, days bed and reassembled multiple IKEA cupboards (as well as emptying 4 lorries) in 4 hours.
- There was only one minor breakage (for which I was refunded) out of over 300 boxes.

Why only 4 stars? I suffered from "Bill Shock" - we were informed throughout the move "you need another lorry, you need 3x as many boxes, you need an extra days packing" ... so I new cost was going up but only found out it had doubled at 10pm on move day, when the final invoice arrived. This specific element was not a good experience, especially as I was told the men who had worked so hard were waiting for payment to be made before they started their 250 mile trip back to London.

It is important to say Izzy's quote was inline with many others I had received so any company I choose would have resulted in the same.

It transpired that only 7 men had been sent but I had been charged for 8 - we agreed a refund of £20/hr for the moving day (which is the difference between a 1 and 2 man team) which was settled immediately on all boxes being opened and checked.

Why did I pick Izzy removals? Because of the removal teams got so many positive reviews and they certainly lived up to it!

Excellent service. The guys were great and efficient, the fees were transparent, and the job was done far quicker than I thought it would be given how much stuff there was to move and how far my new flat was from my old one.

Another great job from Kosta's team. Have used before will use again. Guys arrived early, very quick , very helpful. Great value for money with nice people.

Smooth move. They were on time and made their quoted price included dis-assembly and reassembly of my furniture. The quote also wasn't dependent on the number of boxes which I was appreciative for as other companies prices were almost double what I paid for the 4hour move and it didn't include furniture or the amount of boxes.

Will be using again if I ever need to move again.

Overall the team were excellent through out. The communication from start to finish was amazing and all information was provided, including an accurate quote ahead of the booking. The team were super friendly, fast and efficient whilst also being safe with all my belongings. It was a long move for the team too, from South England to Scotland and therefore, hugely appreciated to be so friendly and in good spirits.

Izzy Removals moved my mum’s belongings from Berkshire to Sussex in June 2025.
Their communication before the move was brilliant. On the move day they were punctual, incredibly hardworking (she had lots of stuff!) and really nice to work with. They were great, and I’d really recommend them.

Incredibly professional service from our two movers. They knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done in good time (ran over over by 30mins at the loading stage but that was due to more items than anticipated on our end). They had a great system for loading and unloading the van and wouldn't accept our help which we were impressed with. Must be said that Kosta's communication was top notch from the first email until we were fully moved in; he helped with any doubts we had about van size and seemed to know exactly how things would fit. Also impressed as no extra charge was levied for us having more stuff than originally planned. Kosta told us that as long as it fit in the van then all was ok! Really impressed with Izzy Removals and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

I've moved a lot during my life and can honestly say my experience here was the best. Kosta is great at communicating. I was assured that the men would turn up on the dates, and that nothing would go wrong. And that's exactly how it all went. Fast, efficient, careful with every item. And the pricing was incredibly reasonable too. Both of the men who moved my furniture were lovely and very personable. I would highly recommend this company, and they'll be my first choice of movers if I ever move home again.

Absolutely fantastic ! What a team. They made the move so seamless. It was a boiling hot day and with no lift and heavy furniture to carry down two flights of stairs - they did it all with smiles on thier faces! I highly recommend! Thank you !

Kosta at Izzy move is just fantastic, super professional, clear and top competitive.
I thought moves would need to be complicated - not anymore with Izzy removals.
The service was top notch from beginning to the end, with a crew present on time and will all the necessary stash to finalise my daughter's move.
