I greatly admire the work of JLAL and…
I greatly admire the work of JLAL and it pains me to leave this one star review. I bought two items, Bond Gloves and Bond knit sweater, both arrived defective, loose threads all over the gloves and a gaping hole in the collar of the sweater. Customer service experience was not great either-- instead of offering the replace the items with non defective garments (since I of course still wanted the items)-- I was expected to ship them back, and fingers crossed, REpurchase (!) the items myself from the store. Sure enough the sweater then sold out, so I would have been screwed if I sent it back. Upon noticing this all they were able to give me is a 15% discount which I find incredibly low given the status of the near unwearable items they sold me. Please do better, I am such a huge fan of your work.

The fact that shipping costs are covered and tax included was very helpful in lowering the hurdle when buying from abroad.
It is not a cheap purchase but the quality and design of the product is excellent and I would definitely use you again.
