I've been considering the idea of investing in properties in Northern England for a while now, and when I came across Jason's instagram profile I got in touch. We had an initial Zoom chat where he clearly explained everything to me in a professional way - he wasn't pushy and didn't try to 'sell' to me. Today marks 52 days since I have joined his one-on-one mentoring program and in this short period of time I have set up my Ltd company, structured accounts, researched various properties and yesterday had an offer accepted on my first BTL property. I first spoke to Jason about 18 months ago to give me some guidance.I already had a BTL but needed some advice on how to build my portfolio.
In our first telephone call he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me some amazing advice on how to progress.
I took the decision to go ahead with Jason and he found me my next BTL in his area.
I can’t fault the whole process in anyway.
He found one property for me, which I was happy with, but the survey found mining problems so we came to the decision to find another one. This was never an issue with Jason and he found me a brilliant property about a month later.
He keeps you updated on the whole process and makes you feel confident in what you are doing.
After completing on the property Jason organised key collection and advised me to do some small upgrades to make it look more appealing to tenants.
He sorted all the alterations and sent loads of pictures of the progress to keep me updated.
When it was time to get a tenant he got me in contact with a brilliant company to manage the property and it was rented within a week.
I can’t fault Jason in any way. Whenever I message him he always responds straight away. Brilliant bloke and fantastic process.

I’ve been working with Jason since February 2025 and I couldn’t recommend him enough. I was a little bit hesitant at first to engage with a mentor but it’s by far the best decision I’ve made. We worked on a clear strategy and he is constantly available for advice no matter how small the question. In the last 6 months I’ve secured 2 properties and Jason has been instrumental with support on both. If you’re thinking about investing in property and want some mentorship I couldn’t recommend Jason more. Don’t wait.

I’ve been working alongside Jason now for a few months on his mentoring programme and can honestly say it was money well spent. Myself and my fiancé were a little hesitant to go it alone so when we saw Jason’s mentoring programme we jumped at it. We’ve now secured our first BTL - Behind the scenes Jason provided me with solicitors, insurers and tradesman’s details which I’ve found extremely useful whilst juggling a 9-5, he’s since visited the property and gone through a plan on how to structure the renovation, really impressed with how the mentoring programme is going and would highly recommend.

Invaluable, quick needed advice which has helped me massively over the past 6 months. In this time, I have taken equity and switched a residential mortgage to a BTL, as well as purchase a second BTL. Knowledge and experience is key and Jason has it and puts the time and effort to explain anything you are unsure of. Would highly recommend to anybody starting out.

We found Jason by chance on social media, How lucky were we. In a minefield of processes to Purchase a BTL. Jason streamlines the process and takes the Hardwork and the Guesswork out of the equation.

Without how busy our businesses are, we would never of had the time to get the BTL deal over the line and source a property. Jason has made this possible for us.
