I booked my 2nd day test (home visit) 5 days in advance. It booked earliest appointment on 11th December at 9am since I was only in Belfast for a short 3day visit. I received an email confirmation with the date & time. On the 10th December before midnight I received the text message asking if I could delay the test till 11.30am (instead of 9am). I replied saying that I do not agree to a change of time since I booked this time specifically at 9am. I received no reply.
On the test day no one has arrived at 9am so I called the number which I received the message from the night before. He informed me that one of the drivers is sick so they can come at 11.30am, but due to inconvenience they will send me a result the same day which I agree to. I sent an email to confirm this to via JACE Medical contact email however instead of confirmation I had a very rude call back. It was an older man who was speaking to me with with raised voice saying that the results will not be the same day, but within 24hrs so I have have ''relax and wait''. When I recalled that I agreed with another person from JACE Medical over the phone that I would receive the results the same day he could not confirm that and moreover he threatened me with cancelling the test completely if I don't stop arguing my case. He left me in distress and I was not sure if anyone would come at all.
Moreover no one came at 11.30 as promised. I sent another message at 1pm to the person who texted me previously and he texted me that he will come at 2pm. Eventually he came at 2.10pm - 5 hours (!!!) delay compare to the originally booked time. The results did not come the same day as agreed with one of the people I spoke to over the phone, but the next day. I paid 89GBP. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend using it.

Due to the change in guidelines from the USA where a negative test was required 24 hours before flying this means we needed a test on xmas day. Jace medical have went above and beyond to make this possible for us to fly to see family

Purchased a day 2 home kit after regulations changed. A Randox kit was sent. Repeated error message trying to register: The URN number is invalid. there is no person available to answer at either customer service number. The check2go number had a recording that said no one was available call back later and hung up.
Update I figured out the issue and then received a customer service call. the caller told me that my experience calling their customer service number was not valid because they have 24 hour customer service.
All that aside the only good thing about this company is that the test kit did arrive quickly.
