We were traveling from the US and Jace Medical helped us to not only get our required tests but actually met us to make it easier on our travel plans. It was very easy to book a test, call the clinic, and arrange a time and Dr. Doherty was very flexible when it came to the actual testing day. Tests were not expensive especially compared to others available, we didn’t have to have our kits shipped and then pack them along, and results were available quickly and were easy to acquire. If testing is needed next time we come to NI we’ll be using Jace Medical again.

Brilliant service, I was stressing regarding the changes to travel restrictions and Joanne and John both were really helpful and sorted everything for all four travellers in our party. I highly recommend this service. John even done a house call to administer the tests.

Excellent, friendly and very very helpful staff. Offered advice and nothing was too much trouble. Joanne even met me with my tests as the ones that had been sent hadn’t arrived via Royal Mail.

Not bad not great. Half hour late for my first zoom antigen test. Incorrect DOB on my certificate, had to request a change! Other than that pretty friendly, just these things adding to my business travel stresses could be avoided.

I found Joanne Doherty very helpful on the telephone, advising me of the requirements to accompany the UK Passenger Locator Form. Sending us codes for our day-2 Lateral flow tests and making sure of delivery of the test kits before our holiday.

Excellent customer service experienced with Jace Medical, I needed a last minute antigen test for flying and John who I was speaking with went above and beyond to help me make my flight and sort everything out within a very short time frame. I can’t thank him enough and I would recommend jace medical to anyone

Excellent service . Extremely quick,calm and very,very helpful . I was very distressed when I realised I did need a test prior to travelling. This despite I had a NI certificate of double jab . The staff made a very distressing situation very manageable. Thank you
