The questionnaire I had to fill out just to get my refill was very annoying. Either make the questions more appropriate for refill customers or here's a thought... Just ask if anything's changed or in need of change like a doctor would.

Unreliable Service and Poor Support: Avoid if Time Matters

I’ve used Jack Health twice now, and both experiences have been frustrating. Approval takes longer than expected, and once the prescription is approved, the issues don’t stop there. Both times, they submitted the wrong shipping address—even though I entered it correctly—causing delays of several days.

Their online chat support is painfully slow, often taking hours or even days to respond. When they do reply, the help is minimal and usually redirects the problem elsewhere.

The shipping partner they use is worse. They require you to confirm delivery details, but when there’s an issue—like needing to update your address—they’re unable or unwilling to make changes, leaving you stuck in limbo.

There’s no sense of urgency or accountability on either end. If you need your medication quickly or value basic customer service, I wouldn’t recommend Jack Health.

The beginning of the ad is in french

The beginning of the ad is in french, the continuity is in english. It is suppose to take a few minutes, the continuity has too many questions which is not related to health. Made me doubtful of the veracity of your site. Sorry but my husband will go to the doctor which will take much less time.

Customer experience has been improving.

While being a lesser known pharmaceutical business, and less advertised through social media than other businesses offering pharmaceutical services, their business model has shown some growth to offering lifestyle enhancements to benefit ones life, and in some instances, including that of their respective partner. I have improved my rating to 4 stars as their customer service has shown noticable improvement. One does anticipate when speaking with customer service online, that some sort of feedback should be within a day. On rare occasions maybe the following day. This previously hadn't been the case, as it had taken, up to and including 5 days later just to have one question answered. However in the past few months they have shown a remarkable change towards working towards rebuilding some level of trust. I cannot comment on product quality as I don't have any other source to compare it to.
