Jack’s Flight Club does all the work!

I have no time to search out inexpensive flight deals to places I really want to go. It’s fantastic that Jack’s Flight Club offers this service. I just booked a deal from LAX to Singapore, less than a 2-for-1 deal basically, because of an email notice I got from Jack. And I also love all the travel information in their Detour newsletter. Wow!

My interactions with Jacks Flight Club Team have been excellent. Email queries are acknowledged and addressed within 24 hours.
I met some team members at a recent travel show and it felt like meeting old friends and I got a great gift too.
The regular emails of the latest amazing deals that they have sourced for members have inspired 2 holidays for later this year.
The App is easy to navigate, how to book the suggested deals is demonstrated in clear, concise language.
Excellent service for a very affordable annual fee, worth every penny.

I have been waiting for over a week and 2 emails as to when my membership subscription is due !!! Only an automated message nothing else ,I shall just cancel via my bank .

It’s really just advertising for google flights. Not exactly the travel ‘hack’ I was hoping for.
It might be useful if you have lots of time to deep dive into all the offers.

You're absolutely right that we send members links to places like Google Flights or Skyscanner to actually buy the flights that we find and that's because we don't sell tickets (or even earn any commission on tickets), so we have to send people to the places they can purchase those flights.

The Jack's Flight Club service is built to constantly scour the internet and figure out IF a flight price is any good and ONLY then rapidly alert our members that there's an unexpectedly great fare available.

At that point we send out the location of how and where to buy that flight (including if necessary, the particular workarounds or hacks to get the price we've found).

If you're locked into specific times/dates or routes, in those cases Jack's service might not be for you, so running a general search on Google Flights or Trip.com is good advice and a decent way to get a sense of if you have to take particular dates, what are the best value options.

Jack's is built for travellers with a little flexibility who enjoy the inspiration and thrill of a new destination or when a bonkers price to somewhere they've been meaning to go drops into their inbox.
We use a combination of bots, machine learning, data analysis and expert human curation to scan millions of flight routes a week. Our team of expert Navigators and travellers whittles that down to only the most worthy fares with savings well under what the public pays. Over 90% of flights get discarded as unworthy and only around 1 in 5,000 make the grade to qualify as an alert, packaged with extra inspiration and expert tips on the destination.

Essentially, our experienced Navigators spend hundreds of hours a week sifting and researching so you don't have to and alert you when you should go looking on those sites so you can take advantage of lower than usual prices at the right time.

no use whatsoever

no use to me whatsoever. nothing suggested of any use to us for our chosen destination in months. just had to check the airlines myself for deals, a good few on offer from time to time and bought flights without any help from Jacks Flight Club whatsoever. i paid their fee for 12 months in advance and a total waste of money it was. found the deal myself.

Though we give you the option to add your preferred destinations of where you'd like to see a flight to, this sadly does not mean that we will find a deal to your destination or be able to find one for the timeframe you're after. The feature lets us know where is of interest to you, so we can pay special attention to that option but we are still at the mercy of the airlines.

We do see that you started the service with a month's trial before upgrading to the annual membership. We offer a 14 day refund period after that upgrade, just in case the service was not fitting your needs. We would have gladly offered a full refund had you reached out to us within that timeframe. In checking through your email history, there was no email received requesting a refund nor advising that the service was not working for your route.

Free Trial Scam

Another scammy company that sneakily charges you with no warning or acknowledgment that you are signed up to a paid subscription. After a free trial period they hope that you will forget you are signed up (and you definitely have because the product is so pointless you never see any benefit from the trial).

Avoid this untrustworthy company.

Hey, Rosie. We are saddened to read of your experience and have taken the time to thoroughly review your membership details, to ensure there was no service failure. We do see that your membership with us started in October of 2024, with a free trial. The Terms of the trial clearly stated the sub would move to an annual membership if the trial was not cancelled prior to its end date. There was no cancellation noted via your Lounge nor by email to us. We also checked through your email history to confirm if there was a request to cancel and receive a refund when your subscription renewed but there was no contact to us. We offer a 14 day refund timeframe from the date of your renewal as we completely understand that life happens and dates can be missed.

Your quarterly sub renewed in January of 2025 and there was no request to cancel nor refund. We also note that instead of remaining on your quarterly sub, you opted for an offer to upgrade to the annual membership in March of 2025. This does indicate an interest in remaining with the service and continuing your membership. Your flight offer history was reviewed and we can confirm that the offers were accessed, this lets us know that you were aware the service was still active. We do see that you've cancelled your billing now, so you will no longer be charged for the service, unless you sign up again.

We pride ourselves on being very upfront of fees, dates and renewals and offer all of our members the option to get a renewal reminder. Our goals are not only to provide great flights, but to provide a service with integrity.
