Great customer service

I had to get in touch with JFC to ask for a refund as I'm not in a position to take advantage of their super offers any more. I asked for a refund of my fee and got it right away. Its so good to deal with a business that looks after their customers

First Class: It is Plane to See This Membership is Fly!

I honestly thought the original membership was the peak of travel hacks, but the new First Class tier makes the old version, whilst still brilliant, now feel like the middle seat next to a screaming toddler. From the bespoke Escape Plan to the Navigator support, it is genuinely the next step that makes you feel like the captain rather than just another passenger in economy.

I did hit a bit of a bird strike when trying to change my old membership to this one, but the support team handled the turbulence like absolute pros. I reached out, but they swooped in and fixed the transition faster than a pilot landing on a quick turnaround. They made the whole process feel like a breeze instead of a hurricane.

If you are still hovering on the fence about upgrading, just pull the thrusters and go for it. The deals are sharper, the support is elite, and you even get a couple of free memberships to throw at your friends so they stop asking how you afford all these holidays. It is easily the best travel investment I have made this year.

Flights and travels made affordable

Very useful. I get the information about flights which are much cheaper than what I would pay .
They are good at updating and come up with some very good deals for travels all over the world .

Membership is £35 per year and on auto renewal.

I cancelled my auto renewal after being charged without the supposed prior warning last year. Then this year it happened again. Automatically without prior warning. Not impressed.
They did redeem themselves a little with the speed of their agreement to refund my subscription this year. BUT, not showing in my account yet!

In checking through the details with the email noted here, that is registered to your account, the first contact we received from you was dated February 19th 2026. There was no prior notice by email nor cancellation found on your account through your lounge, so this would explain why the billing was still active. We do ask that if you sent your request to cancel last year from a different email, that you please reach back out to the team with that email address. Even better yet, forward a copy of the request to us. This is so we may further investigate why the process was not completed.

We're glad that everything is sorted now and the refund was granted with no issue. We look forward to receiving that email soon and getting this matter fully closed.

Impressed with refund policy

i have subscribed to Jack's Fligts for the last two years at least. They inform you of flights with great savings. However, I live in Cyprus, it only serves people flying from the UK. This served me for a while as I could tag on a flight once in the UK. However, that is no longer an option and I had to cancel my Membership. I am impressed with their immediate and thoughtful response and no nonsense refund.

Great response times!

I had a problem trying to pay for membership via the app. After several attempts I contacted Jack’s Flight Club, got a very swift response with next steps and this sorted the issue.
Very impressed so far.

ALL HYPE

We have travelled independently all over the world and had high expectations of Jack’s based on their endless marketing, so we have been members for years.
But few of their deals are much better than you can find yourself and in one case they were misleading.
We flew to Uzbekistan with Sun Express following their recommendation and our own detailed research.
The airline didn’t load our luggage for the second leg leaving us stranded in -10C, something they do regularly according to local sources. Hundreds of cases turned upon the next flight a week later, and customer service was abysmal at the airport, by phone and on the website.
We asked Jack’s to warn other travellers of these problems but in spite of matey emails (“we're bummed to hear that you had a less-than-stellar experience”) there has been no real mention on their site of the risks of these cheap deals. It’s reasonable to assume that other travellers’ problems have also been airbrushed from all the glowing publicity.
Jack’s are very keen to talk up their cheap deals and recruit you but much less keen to warn you of the risks when things go wrong.

We can assure you that feedback is always forwarded and is taken very seriously by our teams. We aim to provide the best offers but also the best member experience when dealing with us. Again, we cannot control an experience you may have with any other establishment outside of our own.

We are also saddened to see that you advised the service did not work the best for you, as in reviewing your account, we see that you have taken up 6 different trials for our Takeoff service. We would love more of your feedback in what exactly you were hoping to get from the service or how the membership can be improved to suit your needs.

I failed to cancel my subscription…

I failed to cancel my subscription with Jack’s Flight Club. My credit card was charged. I explained the situation and asked for a refund. They obliged and reversed the charge right away.
