I honestly thought the original membership was the peak of travel hacks, but the new First Class tier makes the old version, whilst still brilliant, now feel like the middle seat next to a screaming toddler. I cancelled my auto renewal after being charged without the supposed prior warning last year. Then this year it happened again. Automatically without prior warning. Not impressed.
They did redeem themselves a little with the speed of their agreement to refund my subscription this year. BUT, not showing in my account yet!

i have subscribed to Jack's Fligts for the last two years at least. They inform you of flights with great savings. However, I live in Cyprus, it only serves people flying from the UK. This served me for a while as I could tag on a flight once in the UK. However, that is no longer an option and I had to cancel my Membership. I am impressed with their immediate and thoughtful response and no nonsense refund.

We have travelled independently all over the world and had high expectations of Jack’s based on their endless marketing, so we have been members for years.
But few of their deals are much better than you can find yourself and in one case they were misleading.
We flew to Uzbekistan with Sun Express following their recommendation and our own detailed research.
The airline didn’t load our luggage for the second leg leaving us stranded in -10C, something they do regularly according to local sources. Hundreds of cases turned upon the next flight a week later, and customer service was abysmal at the airport, by phone and on the website.
We asked Jack’s to warn other travellers of these problems but in spite of matey emails (“we're bummed to hear that you had a less-than-stellar experience”) there has been no real mention on their site of the risks of these cheap deals. It’s reasonable to assume that other travellers’ problems have also been airbrushed from all the glowing publicity.
Jack’s are very keen to talk up their cheap deals and recruit you but much less keen to warn you of the risks when things go wrong.
