Efficient and professional service.

Quick response, professional installation of my new lawn and very neat work. Definitely will be using them again for other areas of my lawn.

Great lawn, great service!

Work was scheduled from 10:00 - 11:45. The team arrived almost an hour after the deadline time. Even when I followed up by phone, they did not arrive at the revised time. Neither did the driver phoned me as promised by Jack.
I was not informed about any treatment/aftercare post installation of the grass.
1.Improve by being on time as agreed
2. Let the customer know in advance if you run late. Communicate.
3. Give advice regarding aftercare like:
a. How often to water the grass after planting.
b. When can the grass be cut for the first time.
c. How short to cut the grass
d. Must I apply fertilizer and which fertilizer

Order process fantastic. Payment process fantastic especially as you only pay on completion of the job.
Communication process not the best, could do better. The labourers were dropped off at around 09h30 but delivery of grass and compost only arrived after 17h00

I am happy with the LM that was planted and the overall service was good, the overall process was just a bit lacking in the communication department. Good service nonetheless.

The team that came to install grass in my garden was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, they arrived with the wrong type of grass at first and had to fetch the correct one, which delayed the job until around 4 in the afternoon. Because of the late start, the work felt a little rushed, and some areas weren’t rolled down as evenly as they could have been. That said, the overall job wasn’t bad, and I’m hopeful that the grass will settle and grow well.
