Tim, at the outset, then Carolyn and Jo, were always extremely professional and competent as well as calm and very pleasant, steering us through the sale. We certainly appreciated this help and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

From us finding a house we liked to making an offer, the agent - Samantha, was always approachable and helpful. Samantha monitored the selling process diligently giving us constant updates when there were delays and negotiating with parties when there were was a hold up. Unexpectedly, the first sale was withdrawn after a protracted period and Samantha delivered the unwelcome news sensitively and then went out of her way to find suitable alternatives. Samantha was very caring and diplomatic when dealing with some of the questions I posed and when considering a suitable alternative. All the staff that answered the phone in the Newmarket Office were extremely approachable. Our experience spanned seven months.

Jackson Stops in Newmarket were absolutely faultless from our initial meeting with Ed and Lottie, the marketing of our property, to the completion of our house sale.
They know the market very well, always keep in touch with updates and are constantly searching to match your home with the right people.

I was looking for a new estate agent April 23 for a property that I lease. After speaking with Will Jordan at the Alderley Edge branch I knew they were the right company for me. Will was friendly, knowledgeable & is always available if & when I need advice. Unlike my previous estate agent where I got passed from pillar to post & to be quite frank they had become very complacent & were not looking after my best interests. I can not recommend Jackson Stops highly enough. So if you are looking for a change I can assure you, you won't be disappointed. Nearly a year later I can still say it was the best thing I've ever done.

They offer the most efficient and professional service in a helpful and friendly manner, always delivered with a smile while putting the clients wishes to the forefront.

He was very professional and took over everything for us, but at the same time kept us informed at every stage.
