Husband booked a hire a van for today, due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel. Called and apologised for the cancellation. I can not write the reply he got from the man on the phone as trust pilot does not allow foul language or swear words in their reviews he was then hung up on.
Very unprofessional attitude to show towards a customer.
Good price and good communication during the booking process. The owner was waiting for us on arrival and took us to the car. A brand new Fiat 500 Hybrid. He took the time to explain to us the peculiarities of the car and then gave us instructions for the return. All quick, seamless and no hassle. No trying to upsell further insurance policies either. We had a great time in Inverness which a lot was down to the fact that we had our own, clean, reliable car. A well deserved 5 stars from us. Thank you.
