Worst casino ever!
UK Players - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! They do not have a UK licence.
Absolute scam of a casino. Make you jump through so many hoops for verification, can only withdraw £500 a week (but then told me it was actually around £415 a week after submitting a withdrawal request, which is different to what their terms state) and only £1,500 a month.
I won over £3,000 which would have taken over a month to withdraw, but ended up playing most of it which is what they want you to do with their low withdrawal limits.
Then when I withdrew they wouldn't let me withdraw to the payment method I deposited with. I had to open an e-wallet account with a company I have never heard of. Apparently UK players cannot withdraw to bank or card (alarm bells ringing here!)
Also, their games are very rigged. They entice you in with good wins to begin with but then the RTP is terrible and you won't win anything after making your first withdrawal.
Finally, I asked them to close my account - they didn't do this until about the 20th time I asked. They kept replying saying "You're just having some bad luck" blah blah blah. If I ask to close my account, I appreciate you asking why but do not make me ask 20 times - it is very unprofessional.
I have since also found out they do not hold a UK licence so shouldn't even be allowing UK players to play. I believe this casino is a scam and I will be contacting my bank to see if I can do charge backs (if it turns out this casino really isn't legit)
Do not waste your money here. They are dodgy as hell.
