Hi James, sorry if there was a lack of comms on our part, that's my fault.
We experienced an unprecedented amount of snowfall at the end of December and start of January that pretty much had our whole area (NE Scotland) at a standstill. This meant Royal Mail were severely delayed in collecting packages and getting foreign bound packages to the outbound airport (London).
As for shipping notices coming from Royal Mail and not us, that's pretty standard, RM know where the package is better than we do and their updates are automated.
The review requests are also automated to send after 2 weeks, but I should probably change that as we have a fair bit of foreign custom.
Again, comms should have been better on our end, that's my bad. I hope this doesn't put you off from using us again in the future.
