Had a hot tub installed on 11/6/2025. It started leaking on 23/8/2025. After four weeks of trying to find a phone number and get a response, someone finally came to look at it on 25/9/2025. The hot tub was defective and needed a new part. It's now 26/11/2025. Two months later. There has been no repair. There hasn't even been any contact. It's pretty terrible that the hot tub was defective from install. It's absolutely appalling to have no contact, no service, and no actual repair for two months.
Jacuzzi has "enhanced our customer support programme to better serve you." This means that the local store has to deal with any issues. The local store has been chasing and gotten no reply. Their advice is that I try to chase. But the only way to contact Jacuzzi is to leave public messages, like this.
I strongly recommend you do not buy from them. There is no service. Their goods are defective.
Avoid.

Daren was amazing and fixed the problem in less time that it took to make him a coffee. Two engineers from
Hydrolife hadn’t identified/fixed. It was simply the valve wasn’t on, causing the waterfall feature to not work. It wasn’t blocked or broken, just not on. Thankyou Daren 💫

I ordered a new cover for my hot tub from the Jacuzzi shop, it arrived with dried bird excrement on the box and the cover was damaged.
I have emailed Jacuzzi with photos and video evidence, they have not responded satisfactory. I have only received an email saying, “case raised”. They no longer have a phone number where you can speak to someone.
My review appears as if it’s being linked to Jacuzzi Hertfordshire while writing, yet Jacuzzi Hertfordshire at Great Amwell no longer exists.

Installers were brilliant and tried to fix subsequent issues. The touchpad has a mind of its own and stops working with no warning and no perceivable pattern, the app works sometimes instead but other times says the tub is offline when connection is perfect, Bluewave is a joke, comes and goes making it unusable. Tested in parallel with a Bluetooth tower which works perfectly. All of which you know as others have reported this. Just wished I did my research and didn’t buy based on your previously good reputation. My master spa of 15 years never gave any problems till a small leak in 13th year but was costly to run and massive, hence the downsize. Bitterly regretted now.

Got what I ordered promptly - you maybe able to get supplies cheaper elsewhere - but if you want genuine stuff there's only one place to go!

Product missing , cannot get hold of anyone on the phone , filled a complaint form in that more than 2 weeks on has not been acknowledged although strangely some missing product suddenly arrived, really poor customer service. Have used them for years but won’t any longer.

The driver threw the parcel over the gate, we were away, the parcel and filter got soaked , because we didn’t know it was there when we arrived home in the dark we accidentally drove over the package, now your phone lines suggest there is no one at Jacuzzi to speak to- very unhappy customer!

My order was cancelled within minutes of making it when I realised that taxes and postage doubled the cost of the item. A case number was raised but the item was not cancelled and in fact was delivered. I am still waiting for a positive response to refund my money and arrange for the item to be collected.
