Trustpilot Rating of 4.5 - SERIOUSLY!

Trustpilot Rating of 4.5! SERIOUSLY…….! I bought a very expensive Jacuzzi bathroom (whirlpool bath and Hammam shower cubicle) in 2014. I simply need a few replacements parts ( shower head and door beads). Jacuzzi UK have simply disappeared, as far as I can tell. I’ve tried e everything to contact them and I might as well shout at the moon. This is a worst case. Can anyone tell me where to get parts? BE CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING JACUZZI!

Jacuzzi Hot Tub - Manchester

Mark offered a First class service from start to finish…. great honest advice on hot tubs per se, he took time to explain, the true on-costs and regular water care; he even spoke to our electrician on 32amp plug socket, needs/cabling etc. Delivery and set up was straight forward, up and running within a few hours, taking about 8 hours to get to 38c. Great service, highly recommend - thank you…

We had an ongoing issue with the lights in our hot tub, and after the third time of it happening, Mark came out to take a proper look. From the start he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the problem clearly, fixed it efficiently, and left everything working perfectly.

It’s such a relief to finally have the hot tub back in full working order. Mark’s knowledge and approach really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and skilled engineer.

Pretty poor customer service experience

Pretty poor experience, going by delivery information on the Jacuzzi site it should have been delivered Monday. It's arriving Wednesday apparently, but when I tried querying this with customer sevice I just got messed around by someone that didn't even understand their own policy and then just stopped trying to help. I was nothing but polite throughout, despite how frustrating this was.

Engineer fantastic, helpful and friendly

Saw our engineer, John, today and he was fantastic, turned up at the time expected, answered all our questions and clearly had a lot of knowledge on the hot tub itself, couldn't recommend him enough, more than happy to deal with him again.

Ok in the end

The initial contact with the company was poor and the wait time for an engineer excessive. On day of engineer visit, John was efficient polite and resolved the issue. If just judging the engineer it would have been five star.
