The sales team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble from enquiring right through to delivery of our jacuzzi this includes the delivery team and after sales team. The jacuzzi itself is amazing and low cost to run. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a jacuzzi.

We purchased a new J475 with True Water and this was installed 27 August 2025. At the time of installation the audio system did not work but after the installation engineer fiddled with some wires and the system started. The following day it was not working again. This was reported to our installer and two days later I revieved an email from Jacuzzi UK that a service engineer that they would attend to resolve the issue on 29 September which over a month after installation. This is very disappointing.

Place order with Jacuzzi, had to chase 3 times but to be fair I was sending to incorrect email that I had used before , but no longer in use. I did not receive a bounce back though. Called customer service which no longer takes calls regarding shop bought items, asked to fill in a web form. Jacuzzi got back and said there was an issue with the order, and would replace asap. I have been away on holiday for a week & came back to no delivery, but requests for a review and how was the product.
I would love to review the product, but I cant. I think Jacuzzi must have had a big shake up or changed their operations in the uk.
Very poor service & still waiting on product. now been waiting 3 weeks, water contaminated so will cost me money. should have gone to my local dealer and bought off the shelf

Many issues still not resolved since delivery and lack of follow up communication.
Damaged panel, faulty filters, lights not working and still no contact from customer service.
25th September update - Jacuzzi response implies resolution, to date nothing has been resolved and all issues remain.

I replaced these very same Hot Tub cushions less than 2 years ago. They should be designed to be in water with chemicals as with any hot tub.
Our hot Tab is maintained by a professional maint. company.
I would have hoped they last longer than this.

Just had a visit from John who was exceptional very polite and very knowledgeable fixed the problem we had with our subwoofer and gave some great advice about chemical treatments, thank you John great job.

Both the product and the local supplier have proved to be first class. The ordering, supply and commissioning have been excellent.
The higher cost of Jacuzzi over it's cheaper rivals is fully justified.

A very efficient and friendly process from start to end. The tub was installed on top of new decking and commissioned. We have now been using it for a couple of weeks. Great advice was given when we had an issue with alkalinity and the water is now crystal clear.

I have owned a jacuzzi 300 for over 10 years never had a problem with it as long as you use Jacuzzi parts the filters are the best keep the water crustal clear
