Our records show that DHL requires an updated delivery address before they can complete the shipment. An email requesting these details was sent on 22 July.
You can either provide the updated address directly to DHL or reply to our email, and we'll be happy to pass the information on to the courier. Once the address is confirmed, DHL will be able to proceed with delivery.

Bad service, do not buy!
Bad service, SCAM and want to take your money, when you want to return the item due to its not matching what they put on their website, they will claim the item they receive back has a stain (read their Google reviews) then they say they will send it back. What kind of business is this? Be ware this store, they are selling clothes which don’t look like what they put on their website.
False advertising and a deceptive practice business. Stay away from this store!
They are scammers in UK but they ship clothes from US address from Radial Fulfillment Center in IN with 2 addresses:

They shipped shitty clothes unmatched with what they put on their website.

JAKI is a UK brand, and all returns are ultimately processed through our UK warehouse. We try our best to provide a local US return address to save customers the significantly higher cost of shipping directly to our London warehouse.

Reduced quality over past year.
Have made three separate orders over the past three years . I have noticed visible reduction in quality. Very disappointing. I was offered (after direct complaint) a further 20% discount to “make me happy” as I had worn the pants once whilst wearing for this first time I noticed a hole in the crutch.
Happy customer would have returned the pants and had them fully replaced, without charge to me.

I purchased a sweater that was totally not the same as pictured on the website. I tried returning it, but the only way I could return was to receive a store credit. That doesn’t work for me.
I wrote to JAKI three days ago and have still not received a response to my email.
This is very frustrating and I intend to contact my credit card company to stop payment .
