I had a fantastic experience with Jam Vans today! They called ahead to confirm the precise delivery time, which was incredibly helpful.

The delivery itself was seamless and efficient. All items arrived in perfect condition, and the process was incredibly quick. Dylan and Ernis were the ones handling my delivery, and they were not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful throughout the process. They ensured that everything was placed where I needed it.

Michael and Alex were probably the best movers I’ve ever dealt with. They were friendly, very respectful and careful with my furniture and offered to disassemble my bed frame as I didn’t realise it wouldn’t fit down the stairs. The pricing is more than fair and I feel they did the job with efficiency and speed. Can’t recommend enough!

I have been really impressed with the JamVans service on our recent move. We relocated across London, right from the quote to the delivery day we have been kept up to date, all the people have come across really well, thank you JamVans.

Both Michael and Jake were very curteous. They handled my furniture with care and used many different types of trolleys to make the move as easy as possible. I had a delivery of heavy tiles at the same time and they helped me with this too. I used VanJams for storage on this occasion but I would most definitely use them in a full home move.

Amazing service at competitive prices. Kirsty was very helpful when arranging the booking and Michael and Ryan were polite and professional when they helped collect our belongings. They took good care of our things when loading them onto the van and we were confident they would take good care of them when unloading them on the other end. We would highly recommend JamVans!

Fantastic experience with storage - a great price, but with stellar service. Owen and the team have been super communicative, and the collection experience was seamless. I had total confidence in their handling of my items safely and securely.

This was further proven with my experience today in dropping off additional items for storage - once again, communication was great and the team were super helpful. My container was brought out immediately and I was on my way within 8 (!) minutes.

Having had poor experiences with other storage/removal companies, it’s so nice to have such a positive experience.
