I loved loved loved this moving service so much that I asked to write a review. I wish I had this when I was storing things previously. The service is amazing, it's quick, it's easy, they're super accessible by phone, and they take good care of your stuff. It excellent cause you don't need to hire movers, transportation, or storage sperately. The employees are also super nice and helpful and really personable- it makes the experience of a stranger touching all of your belongings and doing heavy lifting on your behalf less awkward. The team is really professional but also easy going and up for problem solving moving issues or aiding in less ideal conditions. And each move of my entire dorm room lasted no more than 30 minutes.Can not recommend enough, thank you to James and David for helping me move today!

I cannot recommend JamVans enough if you want a stress - free move. We have a 13 month old baby and moved over the weekend from our flat to a house. Kane & Tom were brilliant: cheerful (always helpful when one is stressed), swift, tidy and even brought packing bags for our mattresses. Very professional !

Excellent experience with Oliver & Marlon specifically. Friendly, efficient - all the things you want in a removal service. Would definitely use them again !

Great customer service from the office from the beginning. Answering queries by phone or email very promptly. Called me a few time to check if everything was ok. Men were punctual, compassionate and careful. They were cheerful and helpful all the time.

Brilliant service from start to finish we used the full packing service for our move and it made life so easy. We are very glad we used JamVans and will recommend to all family and friends.

Very friendly people throughout the whole process. On the booking side, Ayden, Nikki, and Kirsty were very good at processing my booking, getting video walkthrough organised and were very responsive on email and helpful with all the questions. On the moving side, Kane and Ollie were great, no bother about anything, did the job with a smile and friendliness. Probably the first time I've had nothing break during the move, and this included plants! Great company, lovely people!

Zane and Ben arrived to help us move out of our flat before putting our fur iture into storage. On the hottest day of the year they were incredibly efficient and understanding of a lot of the last minute flapping. Unbelievably appreciated!

Ollie and Harvey came to for the collection day and couldn’t be happier! Loaded an entire flats worth of stuff within two hours, lovely vibe from them and super professional. Highly recommend

Awful service. Don’t book these guys for your moving day. They haven’t sent enough people to manage our move and they damaged all of our items. They caused delays during the moving day and they did not even finish the job leaving us to off load the van and rebuild our wardrobe as they couldn’t figure out how to do it. Poor customer service as well, trying to get a refund for the poor service and they are ignoring my requests.

Kane and Harvey were absolutely fantastic. They made the impossible happen by squeezing heavy, large furniture through tiny doorways and worked extremely hard for a solid 4 hours unloading all of my belongings. And somehow they did this all with a smile on their faces. I thoroughly recommend them, they made my move considerably less stressful!

Kane and Harvey came this morning to pick up our staff for long-term storage. They were fantastic ! They were accommodative, very professional, very polite and most importantly they made the job so easy. The were very effective! Thank you both - it’s been a pleasure :)

We had a fantastic experience with JamVans, on our international move. The movers were super nice and careful with our items, and everything went smoothly. Communication with Nikki and Silvia was great and very accommodating to our needs and dates. They also took care of clearing customs, which was very important for us and the items were delivered in about 4 days, which was surprisingly quick! We definitely recommend it!
