Ordered an item that stated it was in stock. Waited 10 days and called and they said they had to order it because it was not in stock. waited 12 more days (22 days total) and called again and they had no idea when it would be in so i just opted for a different product.

Customer Service!
My fishing rod showed up broken into 3 pieces. I email Josh and Bryan some pictures, and they sent out a replacement the same day. Looks like the shipping people just threw boxes on top of my box or it was run over lol. JandH has great customer service and stand by their word. Even though I'm on the opposite side of the country I will be ordering from them again.
