Paid 90 euro for two Switch games

Paid 90 euro for two Switch games. No tracking received after they shipt after 7 days. After asking, I received a fake track and trace number. Complaint by email and placed on the website is simply ignored by
Japanzon. receive money back. account blocked without telling me beforehand.
If they had just given me a working tracking number this problem would never have arisen. you only get a response if you post something on trustpilot. Because customer contact is not important to them!

Don't buy product on this website

I taked a order on this site, on the website shows"send in 48 hours". But after 6 days I didn't get any notification about that after my payment is accepted.
Than I diceded to write them a e-mail, and something amazing happend: they told me that the products are sold out. How can that happend when those product are selling on the website. Shouldn't I as a guest be told about the status of the product when I'm taking the order??

Without a doubt a very trustworthy and good Eshop

recently bought 2 modelkits one just got delivered and everything was fine with it, i was first very scared to buy something from a foreign store but because of this experience i will definitely buy more products from japanzon. very satisfied with the communication and the shipping took a bit longer then usual but that is not the fault of japanzon. overall you can trust your items will be delivered in 1 whole piece

We ordered a Nintendo GameCube…

We ordered a Nintendo GameCube Controller on Amazon.de to Germany.
The package could not be delivered because no one was here and was returned right away to Japan instead of storing it in a parcel shop for collection. We have screenshots from the tracking to proof the return to Japan.
The time we realized that the package did not arrive was too late to start an A-Z guarantee. we contacted the seller on up to now 10 ways including Amazon, Facebook, email and the seller homepage but never received an answer, especially not receiving an refund for this order.
We ordered the item 2 more times and the seller deposited tracking numbers from totally different shipping in other countries (France etc.).
We had to fetch back our money over an A-Z guarantee.
It is unbelievable that this seller is still active on Amazon!
We want to warn everyone who plans to order at this store because it is not trustworthy at all!

Regarding the reply of the company, we have to state as said before, that we did not order on japanzon.com, but on the seller page of "JapaNzon" amazon.de, which is the same company when looking at the imprint address. So the above written issue affects this company very well.

For comparision the seller profile on Amazon can be found with google search of "amazon japanzon" and shows this address in the imprint:

JP
which is exactly the same as shown on the company homepage.

I bought a Nier 2B figure from them and…

I bought a Nier 2B figure from them and the packaging was by far the best packaging in any store I bought online. It was extremely well wrapped and secured with taping. Their customer service was a little difficult to reach out, but they did reply in the end. The tracking was a little confusing because it took days to show up. The shipping was super fast. The pricing was fair and good compared to other stores. I'm going to keep them as my number 1 to go for any figures I want to buy in the future. Loved my experience!

Would recommend

I bought a figure from this website. It came after 3/4 weeks (I live in the Netherlands), so a little bit later than what I expected (was supposed to be 2/3 weeks), but that was not really a problem for me. It came perfectly packaged and the box was intact. Luckily the figure came in perfect condition, is authentic, isn't broken and the paintjob is perfect. I would recommend this website to everyone :)

10/10 would recommend

Fast and efficient. I bought a puzzle from their website on Tuesday 2pm. It arrived at my door step in Sydney, from Japan, on Friday 3pm. Made it in time for Christmas. The team kept me informed all way through. Would recommend.

Excellent service

Excellent service! When my shipping method was unavailable due to covid restrictions, Mathieu from Japanzon contacted me to let me know and upgraded my shipping to a different provider at their cost. I received my items very fast and in perfect condition. Next time I need manga I'll definitely be shopping here.

Brilliant store, great service

We pre-ordered two Digimon Vital Bracelets. I contacted customer services after buying to double check shipping times and what to do if there was an issue for any reason. They were very quick to reply and very polite and kind in explaining the situation. After about a week following the product release, our package arrived, perfectly wrapped and in great condition. The company had very kindly upgraded our shipping method and we can't thank them enough. This transaction was a real pleasure and we'd definitely recommend and use Japanzon again!

Poor seller with little understanding of international customs

I bought a Disney Pixar car from this seller on Amazon UK. This seller was quick to dispatch the item but has little understanding of international customs. The seller shipped the item as a gift and in individual capacity instead under the shop name. Gifts attract 78% customs duty as against 42% customs for purchases. There was no reason for this seller to list the item as a gift when it was paid upfront in full.
I would have to pay 32 Pounds customs for a 20 pound Item which incidentally is available for 4 pounds on Amazon Japan website. I would suggest buyers to buy directly from Amazon Japan website where the sellers pay customs upfront and ensure hassle free delivery. very disappointed with this seller who is unable to comprehend the issues caused by them
