- Do not react to customers with correct answers but only with automated answers
- When you write with them you think you are talking / writing against a wall
- After I bought a game from them that the company called "new", I got a re-packaged used game instead (yes you can cleary see that this game is used. They didnt even try to repackage this game good. Its so obvious... I then applied to send the game back and get my money back because the company lied to me about the condition of the game. But then they didn't react to it at all, Amazon had to do everything for me so that the company would give me answers, and still they respond too slowly. It's been going back and forth for too long. After thousands of calls and always the same automated replies from them, I finally got an address to send it back to. It has already been 2 to 3 weeks, but I didn't get any more answers from them. There is no progress, they are interested in 0. And everything has to be done by AMazon right now, I even had to use the A-Z guarantee so that I might get my money. No recommendation, it just doesn't work that they give me my money back after I've done everything I was told (all goods returned). No progress for 2-3 weeks. Company is interested 0

Good shipping, bad communication.
Hello; the packaging was fine, the products arrived in good shape. But that would have been nice to warn your buyers about custom taxes. I paid 35 euros, which is a lot, and never japanzon warned me about the possibility of taxes, the best way to avoid them, which delivery method or company best to avoid them, none of that. It's disapointing that you spend 200+ euro in a shop and they don't communicate the basics to you.
