Goods arrived damaged
Goods arrived damaged . I am still awaiting a response as to how they will be collected and replaced. I would have preferred an answer to that email than one asking how good you are.

Ist order, good strong glasswear. Packaging could be better to stablise, as was a mess on arrival and lead to some breakage. (Nature of the game with todays deliveries.)
