The bike arrived late, but so far the performance is great. My son was able to assemble it easily and is loving it.

Quick and easy ordering experience. Delivery and packaging of the bikes was top notch. Assembly was simple and overall quality of the X-Hunter pro and X-Hunter bikes is excellent. Customer support is quick to respond and resolved any question I had.

A fantastic Ebike that was easy to put together! Before Christmas was over, everyone was able to take a ride. Long battery and fast with good rugged tires. Looking forward to take this bike camping and hitting some trails!

Great bike my husband love it. Great customer service and fast response. Thinking about purchasing me a e-bike.

I bought two Jasion bikes for Christmas. One was dead on arrival (faulty brake sensor). Support forced me to spend hours repairing it myself, promised a replacement, and then ghosted me right before the holidays.

Now, I’m stuck in a loop of useless emails with their AI support bot. Even the bike that works feels cheap and clumsy. If you want a reliable bike and actual human help, skip Jasion and buy a Lectric.

Update 1-23-26. Jasion has now ghosted me but will follow up on my reviews. please read the 5 star revies and know that its all fake AI writing from Jasion. not a misspelling, not a punctual mistake, all glowing reviews. Don't be faked out. Jasion is a low-end product at best and will not make things right when it counts. Ownership is: Jasion e-bikes are primarily manufactured by GUANGDONG SHUNDE JUNHAO SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. They are often associated with Chinese, direct-to-consumer manufacturing, with some reports linking them to Galaxy Bicycle Co., Ltd.

Please consider a different bike. I moved on to a Lectric. owned by Levi Strauss's heirs and built in Pheonix AZ.

Update 2-6-26. Jasion responds to every review I leave within a day. The same corporate verbiage. But when it comes to actually refunding the money they just won't do it. I encourage you to look at Lectric.

This is our second set of bikes from Jasion : we have had great luck : delivery was on time, assembly was straight forward : we had one bike damaged in shipping but the replacement parts were shipped and easy to install with detailed videos

I recently bought a Jasion e bike that I believe is truly I catching at 1st appearance. With its long battery life and speed, I'm very pleased with my purchase and glad I chose Jasion as my ebike choice.
I had a slight issue with a part on the bike and jasion went above and beyond to satisfy my issue and make the situation right, their customer service team is exceptional and resolved my issues immediately. Thank you Jasion, I look forward to many years of enjoying your bike.

I love my new Thunder. Jasion is definitely the way to go. Customer service is exceptional. If you are teetering on whether to buy or not I say do it. Very easy to put together and I love the ride. The fat tires do make A difference. Thank you Jasion.

Settled on the Jasion for all the features highlighted in the reviews and the price. Build quality of the X-Hunter ST and customer service is top notch. Assembly video not so much. Needed to buy a longer seat post because I am 6'2" but the ride is great.

I ended up coming across some transportation issues that were going to keep me from driving my vehicle for quite some time and in the hurry of me looking for an ebike I purchased the Jasion Thunder ebike all the while me not knowing about the regulations in my state in regards to ebikes. Once I found out, I contacted customer service and explained my situation, they were very understanding and let me cancel my order and even went as far as canceling the automatic fee that get charged for cancelations.

Jasion customer support was fantastic dealing with a mistake I HAD MADE and resolved it perfectly. Bike is great quality and I highly recommend!

This bike was amazing, the seats were really comfy and every time I rode it , it was a smooth ride. I highly recommend this bike to anyone.

I bought myself an EB5 Roamer for Christmas. It's a good value for the money -- I love the way it looks and feels. I assembled it myself with no difficulty. When I encountered an issue with adjusting the saddle, I contacted customer support and they quickly responded. An easy fix solved the problem. So far, nothing but a positive experience with Jasion!

These bikes are extremely well made . I purchased 2 Hunter pros and they have exceeded my expectations. Easy to put together and they look awesome

I was shipped a bike with a twisted front fender from shipping (functional but not visually pleasing) and sent an email with photos showing the fenders. They responded quick (within 48 hours) and offered possible solutions. When that didn't work, they offered to ship new fenders.

I complimented their customer service and they asked me to write a review here, screenshot it, to recieve a cycling light as well. If you feel sketchy about the positive reviews like I was when I was looking on here for ebike company reviews, people are encouraged to leave positive reviews on this site, but that doesn't diminish the fact that the reviews are true and that Jasion deserves this 5 star review.

Absolute smooth process ordering my new Jasion e-bike. Straight forward and easy process ordering on the website. It also shipped the next day. Excellent Experience!!

We got two of the YR20 bikes off of a suggestion from a friend who has one and a macfox. He thought the Jasionbike was better and I don’t disagree. It rides nice, has good speed, looks awesome, and was easy to put together. The only issue I’ve had was the front fender on one of the bikes was a little bent from the shipping, but it isn’t a big enough deal for me to make a complaint about. Everything else was well packed in the shipping container, it just happens to get twisted in one of the boxes. They are plastic so they probably will have worse happen over time of use. I also wish the bike had app support. But it looks that the app only supports three of their bikes. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

I ordered 2 bikes just 7 days before Christmas. The ordered was expected to be delivered 3 days later, though I didn’t expect t to actually show up that fast. They showed up as promised and were incredibly easy to assemble. We rode them the next day for a 15 mile trip. It was the most fun we have had in so long!
