I ordered 2 bikes just 7 days before Christmas. The ordered was expected to be delivered 3 days later, though I didn’t expect t to actually show up that fast. They showed up as promised and were incredibly easy to assemble. We rode them the next day for a 15 mile trip. It was the most fun we have had in so long!

I suffer from mental illness and to NOT leave my house much.And I have not for years. Since I got my Jasion Retro Volt I have gotten out of my house every single day. I've got roughly 500 miles on my Retro Volt and it has been absolutely amazing and so far it's been completely probably free. The bike is comfortable and built like a TANK! I had emailed Jasion about a question i had and was replied to within about an hour witch i thought was amazing 👏. For the price and the way this bike is built, you absolutely can't go wrong. Thanks Jasion for the great experience.

Communication has been prompt and amazing! Put the bike together and let me tell you it’s one powerful machine! Great on all terrains, easy to maneuver, and I love to see the envy in others eyes!

So far so good! Had a few problems with the bike being damaged upon arrival, I haven’t rode it much but the jasion team is doing there best to make things right!! They’ve been extremely helpful with the situation!

I recently purchased 1 EB5 Roamer and 1 EB5 RoamerST from the Jasion factory.These bikes are very well built and the customer service is great.

This has been one of the worst purchases I ever could have made. As soon as I got the bike I had to replace the motor and my display screen never worked since I got it. 6 months later the battery went bad and they tried to deny me a new battery. Im still waiting on the battery to this day and getting ready to take them to small claims court. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and will never recommend them to anyone. They do not care if the bike is faulty once they receive your money. I paid 60 dollars for shipping of the new battery and they now have my money and battery. Please rethink your purchase before you purchase their product.

So far the bike seems to be great! Had no problem going up a really steep hill with pedal assist! Then I got it up to 33mph and that was really impressive! Im a hunter so ill be using this alot for up and down hills and dragging deer out!

LACK OF TIMELY COMMUNICATION

I am so disappointed with my Jasion experience. I received bike and was very excited to get it. I chose the Thunder over a lot of other companies similar models due to its advertised weight capacity. Turns out the bikes rated capacity on the sticker is 70 lb less than advertised.
Bike was shipped with missing throttle confections and rear brake line barb connector. I cannot tell what else is wrong since it won’t power on without throttle error cleared. Support is non-existent for a new sale

I ordered 2 of the jaison X-hunter ebikes for me and my wife to take in our motorhome. The bikes arrived quickly with no damaged with the exceptional package. The bikes was about 80% assembled and easy to assemble. Fir the price theses bikes are awesome. They ride nice and are fast. 100% satisfied with my purchace.

Customer service is responsive, Katherine was very helpful. I had a question about the pedals shipped for our two EB7 2.0 and was provided quick explanation to resolve the issue.

Amazing looking bike, and great customer service! I recommend this to anyone looking to get a inexpensive but powerful bike.

I purchased a New Jaison Hunter Pro $1200. This is my second EBike but first with this company. I decided to purchase the Hunter Pro based on the specs.

I received my bike and during the first ride my Brand New Bike broke down on the way to work with in the first mile.

The bike lost all power so I turned it off and back on and a Error message E6 4 popped up and remained on.

I call ed tech support and they said this is a common issue and that it is related to the brakes or controller. After two days of adjusting and unplugging the Issues remained.

Then the Company showed it's True Colors and what their company attitude towards their customers. Instead of offering me a Full Refund or Replacement bike they wanted me to go to the Warranty Department for replacement parts.

I told the customer service representative that I didn't want to replace parts on a Brand new bike and that I wanted a refund. She informed me to email support to start the process.

Since then I am in a AI generated email thread that still is trying to get me to go through their warranty department. This morning is the third attempt to get them to start the Return process which will take up to two to three weeks before I get my refund.

Also before you buy a bike from this company they are charging me $180 for the return shipping.

In summary Jaison sold me a defective bike and have dragged out the return policy and is charging a customer $180 to return their defective bike that has less then a mile which does not work unless the customer replaced two separate parts

I'm absolutely loving my Jasion X Hunter Bike! As a big guy (340 pounds), I was blown away by its sturdy design and ability to hold up to 400 pounds. The throttle and pedal assist features make tackling hills a breeze, and I've even reached speeds of up to 30mph on flat surfaces! The fat tires provide amazing stability, making me feel like a pro rider. I even use it to haul my 5-year-old son in a trailer, and he loves it. Had some issues with the first bike I received, and after trying several different things and shipping parts to no avail, they ended up just sending me a new bike. New bike is great! Zero issues. Jason’s customer service top notch! Very helpful and responsive to help resolve my issues. All in all, great bike, and even better customer service!

I have contacted customer 2 times for 2 separate questions. Not issues. They were very quick to respond and were very helpful with my questions. It’s customer service help like this that helps make a company easy to shop with. To me positive customer service is the first thing I look at when considering large purchased. They are definitely a five star customer service company.

True customer service is what the Jasion ebike company is all about. They listen without judgement and then evaluated the situation and executed a resolution with kindness and compassion to ensure the customer is treated with respect and a resolution, to standards that the world has forgotten. "Take care of your customers and they will take care of you" That would be a solgan they could use because that's what my wife and I have experienced. Ms. Doris and Mgt. I purchased a Jasion E-Bike (X Hunter) from Amazon in Nov 2025. The bike was very well packed and the YouTube assembly video was very easy to follow! I had one small issue with a screw and contacted Jasion Customer Service via email. They were very quick to respond and sent me a replacement immediately. The Customer Service was top notch, I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and resolved the issue.

The bike looks amazing and comes with a very comfortable seat standard (unlike some other e-bike companies). It has a nice color screen that is easily visible while riding the bike. The bike works great in both pedal assist and motor driven only modes. It has a half handlebar twist throttle that is easy to control and has a smooth acceleration.

Overall this is a great purchase. I especially love that it's available both from their website as well as Amazon where I was able to use my Amazon Prime card to get a 0% interest over 12 months. Super glad that I choose Jasion over competitors!

I’ve really been enjoying my Jasion EB5 Roamer ST. It’s comfortable, steady, and makes riding fun again. The motor gives me just the right boost when I need it—hills don’t feel like a chore anymore—and the battery lasts plenty long.

It’s not just practical—it’s enjoyable. At my age, I value comfort and reliability, and this bike gives me both.

I had a great experience purchasing my Jasion RetroVolt Pro. Got the bike in 2 days and I put it together right away. It was a piece of cake.. so easy!! The bike performs and ride great. Responsive,fast, and handles very nicely. I would definitely recommend this bike even for an experienced rider. Customer support is quick and very kind. Thanks so much!!
