Extremely disappointing hair and beard cut. Went here because I believed a £35 hair and beard trim would be worth it. Wanted to keep my longer than shoulder length hair long and enough to tie up and back. My beard was over 9 months growth and was to be left full and trimmed. The staff were friendly and polite but my hair ended up losing most of its length, left far too short to tie back properly. I was laid back for the beard cut and when sat up that too was trimmed far too short in places with no shape. I was encouraged to go home and wash my hair and beard to even things out. It didn’t. I had to return as my neck was unfinished and I pointed out that he had cut my hair/beard too short. Eventually he agreed. The hair is a good style, just not anything like I asked for. The beard is an absolute shocker. Literally the worst beard cut I have ever had. I am back to town tomorrow to pay out again to have it cut right back as it looks ridiculous. It will take a good 6-8 months now to get back to where I was with hair growth. Very disappointed.
