Dumbbells didn't work, ignored by customer service. Shambles, basically a scam
The idea is great, poor execution, terrible service
The idea is great, the tech, apparently not so much. I struggled for weeks trying to get it to work properly and it just never would properly sync with the base so that the proper weight or any weight at all was on the kettlebell 2.0. I contacted the company and we played an email tag game over most of this time. They refused to do anything by phone and ultimately refused to help me out other than basic troubleshooting. Eventually the timeframe to return this gifted kettlebell had long passed and I have since thrown it away as it was basically just a big heavy paperweight. Terrible service and a product that has not been thoroughly tested prior to release. It’s no wonder their score is so low here.
Crappy product even worse customer service
The product is faulty and the service is abysmal. My unit stopped working a few weeks back. Despite the claim in the automated email that they answer support emails within 72 hours, I have not received ANY message from them. I called the retailer (Best Buy) and they couldn't reach the manufacturer either. I was able to find a phone number that essentially doesn't work. This is a pile of junk and will eventually result in problems for anyone unfortunate to purcaset it.
RIP OFF!!!
I received a $750.00 gift card to be used toward the purchase of the Studio and/or its accessories. Each and every time I tried to order they were ALWAYS out of stock. So obviously as of today I have not been able to use the gift card. To add insult to injury they sent me a 1099 tax form and I had to declare the $750 as income on my 2022 taxes. I still have my gift card if anyone is interested in it. ( Gift card is FREE but the shipping charge is $750. LOL) Sorry I just had to say that.
They treat customers like dirt
If I was talking only of the idea, this product might get 4 stars. It is innovative and interesting. The classes are pretty good and the tech is smart.
BUT, the TV and dumbbell broke a few months after having the product. Still well under warranty and still paying monthly fees.
There is NEVER a phone number and no way to reach anyone online (FB, Twitter...) so your only option is to email. This leaves them LOTS of room to lie and tell stories of how your replacements are on the way. I was told this story for 4 months now. I was even told that I should be receiving my replacements within the next 7-10 days...45 days ago.
They have no respect for you or your business (or monthly payment) and no fear of lying.
Do yourself a favor and seek other options. I am stuck with them since I bought the whole setup. $2500 wasted.
An Overpriced Paperweight - The JaxJox Studio Debacle
I am normally quite forgiving when it comes to the quirks and teething problems of new fitness tech, but the JaxJox Studio is a testament to poor execution and worse customer support that I find simply indefensible. The word 'disappointment' doesn't even begin to cover the depth of frustration I have experienced with this product.
Starting with setup, the JaxJox Studio promises a seamless process. However, I found myself immediately stuck in an inescapable technological limbo. The unit froze almost instantly, stubbornly refusing to budge past the initial setup screen. It was like attempting to draw blood from a stone, or in this case, functionality from an overpriced piece of hardware.
The real kicker, though, is the Studio's inability to connect to the JaxJox server. It would be comical if it weren't so infuriating. For a fitness device that is supposed to be smart, connected, and intuitive, it's an egregious failure that it can't even establish a basic server connection. This leaves users, like myself, helplessly clutching an extravagant paperweight, with the 'smart' feature reduced to a mocking reminder of what could have been.
But let's say, for argument's sake, that you've dodged this particular bullet. You've set up your JaxJox Studio, and it hasn't morphed into an expensive doorstop. Don't celebrate just yet. From what I've gathered, the hurdles you'll encounter next are even more frustrating. Lagging screens, sync issues, inconsistent tracking - the litany of problems appears almost endless.
The worst part, the truly infuriating kicker, is the lack of support from JaxJox. It's as if they've launched this product into the market and immediately washed their hands off any responsibility. Navigating the myriad of issues without any form of help from the company is a trial that would test the patience of a saint.
In conclusion, the JaxJox Studio isn't just a disappointment - it's a lesson in how not to launch a product. If you're considering this purchase, I implore you to think again. The Studio is a journey of frustration, disappointment, and regret, with no support from JaxJox to guide you through. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. You deserve better.
Company is failing
Company is failing, not able to meet customer needs, with customer service, product help and parts and equipment replacement. Big promises with little to no delivery. When you go to their social media, almost all the comments are customer complaints. Not sure how they are going to right their wrongs. Seems like they have bit off more then they can chew. They offered pre-orders on their new studio product but it took two years to deliver, taking a no interest loan essentially from customers. This kept customers waiting, canceling orders and just plain wrong in the dark. Whoever runs their marketing has their hands full when you can easily see through veil of their shortcomings.
Stopped charging after only a couple months
I had received the kettlebell for free to test out and give a review. The funny thing is, that I tried twice to put a review on their website, and it hasn't shown up either time. Maybe it's because I gave it a 1 star? I barely used the product, before it stopped charging. It is no longer useful without the ability to charge. Good thing I didn't have to spend my hard earned money on it. I would say save your cash and don't buy their products. I tried resetting it. Also, the YouTube video that they have for if your kettlebell stops charging is not helpful at all. The advice they give is things people would normally do.
Now features a $150 subscription model
Now features a $150 subscription model. I bought this at the beginning of the pandemic. It was good, free classes, quirky app. Well, they changed to a new app and now charge $12.99 a month for the same 13 classes (and didn't even tell users they were changing).
I would not recommend this product or…
I would not recommend this product or the organisation. We received our product in December and it does not work as described and will not connect or change weight. I have contacted the company on several occasions about this issue with no reply. The product is expensive but cheaply made and customer service is non existent.

I love my JAXJOX kettlebell
I love my JAXJOX kettlebell. It is easy and convenient to use at home. I like the ease of electronically adjusting the weight instead of having an area cluttered with several kettlebells of various weights.
The only down fall for me is when I grip the kettle bell so that the body of the bell rests on the back of my forearm, on the side of my wrist it can often cause soreness and tenderness in the muscle built up in my arm. This is mainly an issue in using heavier weight. I have found a way to grip it so that it does not cause pain.
Pleased with product but the companion app needs work
I'm very pleased with the programmable kettle bell. It's been very helpful in my rudimentary weight training program to have some options to increase / decrease the weight as needed and it's very easy and quick to do so. At first, I was a little concerned during kettle bell swings that the weights might pop-out but they are very securely in there so I no longer have those concerns.
The only reason why I can't give this 5 stars fully is due to the app. The app leaves so much to be desired. It would be great if it had guided workouts or even an easy way to go through a routine for a given purpose. Instead, the app links you to YouTube videos which are minimally organized. I would love to see them improve the app since the innovation around the weights is very smart.
I love this foam roller
I love this foam roller! It really gets deep into the muscle tissue and I feel much more limber after using it. It could be a little more user friendly as far as the menu goes because sometimes I just want to switch to a different muscle group without having to go back to the main menu, but it’s still a great product!
Solid product overall
Solid and versatile product. Slightly cumbersome/painful when held by the horns on each side. Good variety of exercises on app. Not convinced fitness tracking is useful. Great to save space and have multiple weight options with a single piece, however.
Great product..AMAZING
