My package was taking awhile, after emailing them they promptly messaged me back saying it was on pre order. Was so happy with the communication

My package has taken over a month, and I still haven’t received anything.
I have received emails from the company promptly but without any resolution and or efforts to know my case.
There has been confusion and a lack of knowledge on my order, previous conversations and date sent and even destination( thinking I was in the US and I’m in Canada).
If this order wasn’t $300 I would be upset but not sick with worry. Just hoping it will arrive soon and be resolved!
I would have appreciated a more professional response with knowledge of me past conversations, confirmation of my destination and dates sent.

Two of my products were missed but I had them within 24 hours of informing them

Love the clothing. From the look of the clothing right down to the thickness of them as well as the stitching.
