Great service! The only thing was the Buck & Baa merino pants I purchased which stated 6-12mths on your website was misleading as when I received them they only had 6mths on the tag. The length of the leg only just fits my 6 and a half mth year old which was disappointing as they won't last as long as I thought.

Excellent Customer Service

Unfortunately my layby had been misplaced, but Chelsea advised me promptly and offered to send a free dress along with my layby once she had ordered another one in. Chelsea communicated extremely well with me, was friendly and very apologetic. I felt she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. The product was excellent, well packed and sent promptly. I will definitely be back again and have been telling people about the excellent customer service I experienced.
