I got bag I ordered in time with updates and arrived as expected. I got Sylvia green mint leather Pointed heeled mules and Ella bag in mint is perfect match really sexed up my outfit. I can’t wait tos summer to wear them as the will go with navy, black and pastel outfits so glam

Quick delivery - item as described although a little large and baggy for size s/m - didn’t realise it had no buttons or fastenings but apart from that I love it

The Quality of the leather cape was absolutely amazing and the design was so unique.
The material is soft and not hard.

Jayley has a wonderful website with an exclusive and unusual range of designer items. Ordering was really easy and the gilet I ordered was so soft and luxurious. The item was really nicely wrapped in soft tissue paper with a lovely bow .I was kept regularly updated with advice on delivery, overall I was really pleased.

The only issue is that I was originally hesitant to order it as it said that a size large would only fit upto size 14 but it fits me perfectly and I am a size 16/18.

I placed an order 6th of January. Didn't receive the item and contacted FedEx myself so many times. Emailed you as well about the situation and no help was received. You have taken the money from my account for something that l have not received and been more than a month!!! Where is my money? 05/02 you guys sent an email saying you have refunded ( #44783 order no) my money nothing is showing up and contacted you about this enquiry. Honestly, the worst customer service and very negligent. Would never recommend you - EVER!
