Firstly can I just mention the fantastic black Friday deals. I chose a coat.... one i had seen a while ago at the original price. I was so happy to have bought it in the sale. From ordering to receiving was just a couple of days and it arrived beautifully packaged. 100% recommended.... and I also got a beautiful scarf as a gift. Very happy customer 😀

Quick delivery, items packaged well and great quality

So I bought this Hot Pink Eco Leather Trench Coat in a size S/M… in the description it said “S/M will approximately fit sizes 8-12 UK”.
I thought okay nice, what can go wrong🤷🏻‍♀️.
When I got it, it was a whole different coat, lovely coat and one that I had looked at on the site because it was similar and to the one that I brought but different color and style and was only available in a size CURVE, “Curve will approximately fit sizes 14-16 UK“.
And it probably would have fit a size 14-16 but the problem is that I’m not, I was drowning in this coat and wasn’t the style I had bought ( this was not hot pink but in baby pink).
I immediately sent Jaylay a email with the problem, no answer, sent a IG DM no answer and another email no answer.
Now over a month has past and still nothing😔
So now one expensive jacket and import tax poorer and a jacket that simply doesn’t fit at all.

Wanted to buy their Handmade Eco Faux Fur Rainbow Coat in white. I live in the UK. On the website in the photos it has a belt as a part of coat threaded through the back which I really liked. The other colour variations don't have a belt which was odd so messaged them on Insta to check. They have to accept my message request (unlike other any other company I have used) - they didn't and they did not reply to my comment asking on a post itself. Tried contacting them via their website and the response 2 days later was they needed to check the warehouse - as they did not know, so essentially they do not know if what they are selling matches the advertised photos - no further reply. I messaged again following week - turns out coat does not have a belt, they have had to add a disclaimer to the website to that effect until more pictures are taken. They apologised for delay in replying but my experience of their customer service, knowledge base and product actually matching what is being sold (which I think should be pretty spot on for a coat that is over £300) is poor.

Bought two hair bands for my daughter. They came beautifully wrapped (for Christmas) so haven’t seen them. I’m sure she will love them!

First of all the quality of the clothing..so happy with the bamboo faux fur coat ..looks stunning!! And most importantly the customer service from Jayley, I had a problem with delivery ( not Jayleys fault I must add ) and they have been outstanding with regards to sorting this problem out.Thank you Jayley team this won't be my last purchase.

I am absolutely delighted with this! It’s even nicer than I thought it would be. I love that it’s got pockets and the slit bell sleeves are really elegant. It feels great to wear and looks very expensive. Very swift delivery, came wrapped in tissue paper and ribbons, communication from FedEx was amazing. I am a VERY satisfied customer!

I found a used item by this brand and wanted to research it, so it led me to the website of this British company. I looked at the items and fell in love with everything! Unique, Artsy, retro/vintage/mod (faux fur coats made of big, bright square patches of color, interspersed with black), classical, elegant, well-made... this was British and I'm in Florida in US, but good reviews, so decided to chance purchase. They were fantastic! Wasn't sure about currency conversion but used PayPal which.did it for me. Very fast shipping from UK, beautiful presentation of items in pink tissue tied with brown ribbon. Amazing! Highly recommend! I will be a repeat customer.

I came across this site by chance whilst searching for a dress to attend a wedding.
I wanted a 40s vintage style and found the Duchess silk blend dress in baby blue with red stitched dots
Sizing was easy to figure out and a 50% discount code was on the site which was fabulous ! Delivery came next morning
