Bag arrived quickly, beautiful basket and just what l wanted, 10 out of 10 service, thank you

I ordered a bomber jacket which was great quality however it was a cropped bomber jacket which is only described as cropped in the lower level description. Due to paying for delivery & returns your descriptions should be improved.

I bought a beautiful faux fur jacket and hand bag.
The quality is amazing!!!!! It also got delivered so fast!!!
I will be buying again soon.

I always worry that stuff I buy online won’t look as nice as the picture but this jacket is possibly even nicer than it looks in the photo. Very good quality material and I didn’t realise the collar was detachable so you can style it two ways. Really gorgeous jacket, thank you xx

I ordered a multi-blue cashmere blend scarf to go with a blue jacket and hat that I have and wanted to take on a trip with me, so timing was important. I was sent a green, black and gray cashmere blend scarf (absolutely NO blue in it). Jayley requires you to send an email requesting a RAN Code and return label. I sent them an email thru' their system. The next day they said they had to ck w/their Q&A Dept about the color discrepancy (like they didn't believe me). They were sure the item I ordered was the blue-multi. Meanwhile the clock is ticking and my departure date is getting closer, so I thot, I'd take a chance and order it again, incase it was a fluke error on their part. After several days of no response, I sent a f/u email. They told me I'd been sent a return label, which I didn't get. By then, I got the 2nd scarf, which was also green, black and gray (absolutely NO blue in it). So now, my email exchanges (5 in total) are about needing to return both scarves. I have sent photos of the 2 green, black and gray scarves. In return Jayley sent me their "stock photo" on a blue background, which makes the light gray look blue, telling me that the 2 scarves I have DO have blue in them, but since I'm not happy, they will refund one but I have to pay for the other, which I have absolutely no need of.
I've asked to be escalated to a supervisor. I have a feeling that's probably not done in England. I can find no officer info or mailing address for Jayley Collection online, unlike companies in the US. Right now, I have 2 scarves I don't need or want and can't get satisfaction from Jayley.

Everything regarding delivery and customer service was excellent.
I really loved the design and materials used for the bag. However in use the clips to the bag randomly come undone and on the most recent occasion lost the contents of my bag in the road and the loss of a pair of reading glasses.

I am returning the item. It looked really nice and just like the pictures but then I saw the name JAYLEY cut out at the back and if I had known that was there I would never have bought it, makes it look tacky. As JAYLEY don’t do free returns postage this is costing me money, you should show this on the website

The shawl is a lovely subtle colour and is very soft, making it drape well.I Love the pom poms they make it fun! It can be dressed up or down.
