Sam and Aidy fitted my side hinged door today. Arrived at 9.15,worked hard till 11.00 ,cleared all mess and removed old door.So pleased with result

I had been struggling to find my warranty for my roller door and the team at JB Doors were really helpful.
Rather than just sending a technician out at a cost, Kim suggested some ideas to try first. In the end it took a trip to JB Doors, £10 for the correct battery and now my door is fixed! Saved me a fortune and some stress. Thanks Kim!!

My garage door failed and I rangJBDoors Rotherham mid November and agreed to pay a deposit on two new springs
Until I got my visa bill 20 December I was unaware that I had paid £252 for two springs
Fitting took place 21 November and was completed within 20 minutes
The fitter told me the charge was £216. I told him I had already paid for the springs. He said I had only paid a small deposit
I need to explain that I only knew what i had been charged when I got my Barclaycard bill on 20 December
I rang JBDoors on 20 December to complain about the excessive charges and was told that all charges were explained in advance;this is simply untrue
In total the charges for supplying and fitting two springs was £468. I have received no invoice or guarantee

New side hinged garage doors fitted today and very pleased with the quality of doors & service we received from start to finish. Great quality doors & secure locking system. Darren came to measure up and after discussing our requirements we settled on the best doors for our needs. He gave us a very competitive price covering the removal & disposal of our old door & installation of the new one. We paid the deposit and 6 weeks later Ryan & Mason arrived to carry out the work. They worked quickly and professionally and had the doors fitted in no time. Very tidy workers cleaning up after they’d finished and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving & taking the old door away for disposal. Upon completion we called the office and paid the remaining balance by credit card.

If you’re looking for new garage doors we highly recommend JB Doors for great service from start to finish.

Really easy process from start to finish. No pressure to buy, just one quick meeting to quote for a new electric garage door, I phoned to say yes, two men came out a few days later to install it. Easy to use, I’ve had no problems with it after two years. Looks great and works perfectly. 10/10 recommend.

Fitted me a new door today , initial sales/surveyor Phil was really good , informative and knowledgeable and happy to answer queries, as I said , the new door came today and fitters made a great job of removing old one tidying up and putting new one on

Very professional, reliable and responsive company. Came to quote and they were very competitively priced. On top of that the installation team were excellent. I had a small issue with a slight dent in one of the panels but they reordered and replaced with no issues. All now complete and I am over the moon with the results.

Not only did Andy secure the garage, he also fixed it.

Had quotes from two different companys and even though the prices were within a £100s of each other I just felt JB Doors was a better option.

Now the door is installed Im very pleased with my decision. Install couldnt have been smoother. Fast, no fuss and professional. They cleared away all their mess and gave me a good demo of how to use and more importantly maintain the door.

High quality Garage Door for a fair price. Excellent advice about the different doors and explained in details the good and bad of the different systems, therefore we decided to go with JB Doors. Installation team worked fast and efficient, cleaned and took all packaging Material and the old doors with. Received a comprehensive explanation about the remote system.
