Worst customer service

I ordered a charge 6 (order number : JB-US03791325) from JBL during their ongoing blackfriday sale. The order did show up as delivered but I did not receive it. When I did contact JBL they did initiate a claim but have replied that nothing can be done and denied the claim. I did look into my surrounding and even did ask the neighbors if they did receive it, but the product was never delivered to my villa instead the delivery photo seems to have one of another villa's same apartment. It really hurts to have paid for a product that I never actually got.

I did communicate with the customer service and they said the claim from the delivery service was denied hence they cannot be helping me out. I think it's JBL's responsibility to ensure that the product reaches it's consumers and if not they're the one to be held accountable for.

Scammers

If I could give a zero I would’ve , horrible customer service , paid for two headphones and not got a single one…. Because they are out of stock… in other words scammers!!!
Customer service says no headphone is in stock … ridiculous, not even a single sorry and sounded very annoyed to help the customer !!!
Will not recommend at all….

Awful service

Ordered two sets of headphones. Apparently, no one was home when delivery was attempted, although my wife and daughter were both in the house. Headphones were then apparently left in a local delivery locker for 6 minutes before being sent back to JBL. Customer service useless. Kicked off a chat bot after 4 minutes and a response to a subsequent email (clearly bot generated) simply said they can’t arrange to send the product back. Useless. Completely useless.

I’ve spent two whole days chasing both…

I’ve spent two whole days chasing both JBL and DPD, and I’m absolutely exhausted with the constant runaround. Both companies keep telling me to “contact the other party,” and not a single person has taken responsibility or even tried to properly look into the issue.

My interaction with JBL’s representative Anas was especially disappointing. Instead of helping, he repeatedly redirected me back to DPD and showed no willingness to resolve the situation. It felt like he just wanted to get me off the call rather than actually assist.

The end result?
I’m £50 out of pocket, I have NO product, and my daughter’s birthday present never arrived.

This experience has been unbelievably stressful and completely unacceptable from companies of this size. I will seriously reconsider ever buying from JBL again.eriously reconsider ever buying from JBL again.

Awful website

Awful website. Just spent an hour between my wife and I entering all the correct details and it would let us past the address page! Kept kicking us out saying address is invalid and it’s definitely not! What was supposed to be a pleasant Xmas present buying experience has been soured.

If there was an option for less than 1…

If there was an option for less than 1 star i would give that. I sent my speaker to delhi as they told me that they will provide me 20% discount coupon code. Which they did in a couple of days. It was a scam. It didn’t work at all. I tried contacting them they started to blame me that i was putting it wrong and all bullshit and then stopped responding itself for 2-3 months. Now i mailed them and they will be sending the same defect speaker back to me. This is not what customer service is.

Can’t give less than 1 or I would. Terrible customer service, terrible logistics company DSV. Don’t deliver when agreed, allegedly can’t find a house in an area with a postcode and the door number.

Terrible quality

I like the sound of their earbuds but will not be buying them again as they stop working very quickly. I paid a lot for an Endurance Race 2 and the right earbud stopped working after only 2 months. Terrible quality.

FALSE warranty

I purchased an earbud that costs over 300 US dollars: TOUR PRO 3. It stoped working after one day! I contacted JBL customer care and they didn’t honor their warranty by saying “you didn’t buy it from us”. How come they sell their rubbish products in over 100 countries BUT ONLY replace defective units in less than five countries?!!

AVOID JBL! YOU ARE VERY LUCKY TO READ THIS FEEDBACK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM JBL!!

This is an extremely disappointing…

This is an extremely disappointing experience with Harman Customer Support regarding my JBL Reflect Aero earbuds. My left earbud isn't working, and despite multiple attempts, they refuse to provide a replacement or refund because I'm outside the US. They expect me to pay approximately $60 to ship the defective earbuds from Tbilisi, Georgia, to their US facility—a cost that's more than the earbuds themselves! It's completely unacceptable that a global company like Harman doesn't offer local drop-off points or a viable solution for international customers. I'm left with a faulty product and no support.

Absolutely terrible headphone they make, got live beam 3 one of the most expensive what Ive seen payed nearly £100 on sale for them to break on me after month or two the headphones r still going but the sponges and headphones are not shaped so they keep on falling out, I had chinese headphones before had sony had beats etc these r much worse then chinese ones I dont recommend ill never never never trust that company again neverrrr £100 for a month of usage my chinese ones lasted over 10 years for £30 and were shaped much much better terrible

JBL support is awful

JBL support is awful. My noise cancelling headphones power button is stuck in, clearly a design or manufacturing fault and a apparently a common issue. JBL are refusing to provide any assistance even though the headphones are still under warranty.

I have several other JBL devices (headset, sound bar and Bluetooth speakers) but this will be the last time I buy from them.

Talk about not honouring a warranty jbl will do anything to not fix something faulty the sold especially when you have spent £450 I've bought jbl speakers for years usually upgrading one every year or so but not anymore so I'm having to take them to the small claims court to get them to sort my faulty boombox 3 wifi think carefully before buying anything off jbl buy it and you're stuck with it

JBL Bar 1000MK2 soundbar

I bought the JBL Bar 1000MK2 soundbar to replace my LG meridian soundbar. Worst purchase ever. The sound is terrible, I had to turn off the subwoofer as it drowns out the rest of the sound even at its lowest setting.
