Doesn't come with the necessary usb c charger (was aware before buying) and I messaged them today to check if using a higher voltage than recommended would be safe- they replied 45 mins later (yes, safe).
I'm so relieved because, unusually for me, I ordered on the basis of the product without checking reviews for the company and was then horrified! Maybe they're pulling their socks up? Anyway, great radio with welly!!! Waterproof, so this will definitely be used in the steamy bathroom!!!

I would add my comment to all those who did previously! I can see that this is a brand that has a lot of defaults!! I bought a pair of headphones less than a month ago, its broken in the hint, and the customer service is very very bad for the warranty!

Delivery taking forever
I have bought many products from jbl and still working good but the last speaker i bought didn't. A charge 6 brand new speaker have charging issues so I contacted jbl support and they decided to send me another speaker. Well i have to send the broken speaker back and it took 1 week toget to the warehouse and then i have to wait 3-4 days to send the speaker,everything good until UPS took the package with the new speaker. They sent me the speaker 12/26/25 and after tracking the package it was supposed to be delivered on 12/30/25. Today is 1/02/26 and the package does not move so more than 2 weeks and nothing yet.well today is 1/07/26 and still waiting for a second package because they said UPS made a mistake they are sending back the package.jbl is preparing a new package for me but it is going to take maybe one more week.this situation is really frustrating because they don't care if you need the product or not they just care for the money that you pay , after that they don't care for your satisfaction.i hope if you buy something here think twice if you have issues with the product. It's going to be a headache, trust me no joke.

I contacted JBL with a simple question about my earphones. I wasn’t asking for a refund or replacement, yet they refused to help because I no longer had the original box. Requiring packaging just to answer a basic question is unreasonable. Very disappointing support from a well-known brand and has put me off purchasing JBL products again.
Besides their terrible customer support, the earpods kept falling out anyway.

JBL Tune Beam earbuds, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
The earbuds keep connecting, while they are INSIDE THE CHARGING CASE. This means that:
1. You suddenly get your device audio hijacked as they connect to that (if you put your ear close to the case you will hear the music playing from the earbuds inside)
2. Since they connect while inside the case, it means they will not charge. So by the time you take them out of the case to use them, their battery is drained!
3. When they connect while inside the case, they get a microphone-earbud-speaker feedback loop, so they produce a continuous very high-pitched sound. This effectively means that if you leave these pieces of garbage unattended inside the case, you are risking causing a really annoying and difficult to locate noise to be generated that would be inconvenient for any other people around (i.e. in an office setting) making everybody wondering WTF is going on.
ABSOLUTE PIECE OF S LOW QUALITY. ITS A SHAME NEVER BUYING AGAIN FROM THAT GARBAGE BRAND. TERMINATE THIS BRAND AND GO SELL HORSE MANURE, IT'S EFFECTIVELY THE SAME MINUS THE FLIES HOVERING ON TOP.

I usually don’t leave reviews after one bad experience, but this time I feel it’s necessary. I first bought JBL Tune 130 earbuds, which didn’t even last a year. I assumed it was just bad luck and decided to give JBL another chance.
Unfortunately, that was a mistake. I then purchased the JBL Wave Beam 2, and the right earbud stopped working just 10 days after the warranty expired. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially after already having a similar issue with a previous JBL product.
Based on my experience with two different JBL earbuds failing in a relatively short time, I’ve lost confidence in the brand’s durability and quality. I’ll be looking for another pair of earbuds from a different company next time.
Worst backup of product I've seen in a while
The Tune-Flex 2 left earbud does not charge at all.
I've been treated like dirt after the purchase was made.
Service is bottom-shelf and the backup of the product is less than that.
I ordered the device and brought it to another country 12,000 km away as a gift. It was defective. For two weeks I have written, chatted and called JBL and Harman Audio (the parent company).
They will not order their local customer support office to help (repair or replace).
They will not mail a replacement to my friend.
They will not ship a replacement to my relative, who is coming to this country, until after they receive the defective one and
They will not give me an international shipping label so that I can send it to them and then get back a replacement for my relative to bring here.
In short they are completely inflexible and unconcerned about solving the problem.
When I threatened to dispute the credit card charge, they said they will "coordinate with our team" and update me later.

I bought (JBL) AirPods and unfortunately the product had a fault from the beginning. The same issue occurred repeatedly. I contacted customer service and the unit was replaced two times, but the problem was never properly fixed — every replacement had the same fault.
Now the warranty has expired and JBL customer service refuses to repair or replace it, even though the issue existed from the start and was never resolved. This is not my fault as a customer. I followed the process correctly, reported the issue on time, and gave them multiple chances to fix it.
Very disappointed with the product quality and the after-sales support. I do not recommend JBL based on this experience.

Awful customer service and to be honest quality of the product. Product broke in under 6 months of buying and even though I registered for warranty when I brought it they are refusing to help because they say I need proof of purchase to validate the warranty. What is the point of having a register for warranty service when you buy if you then need to keep proof of purchase which no one does if it’s brought in person. It’s a joke. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm lying there, and my headphones are freezing and unpausing five times every 10 seconds. I have two JBL headphones: the 460NC Live and the 670NC Live. JBL is the worst headphone company I know (in this price range). Their headphones are pathetic. What good is it if they sound good if everyone complains about the same thing in the negative comments? And I'm a fool to buy a big speaker from them. I'll never buy anything from that crappy company again. You dont have to move, headphones gona do it by itself.... Pathetic...

I recently purchased a jbl charge 6 Bluetooth speaker 🔊 after already buying other jbl products and i have to say I am very impressed with this speaker, its louder than expected, has plenty bass. I like that its compatible with a large range of accessories, ive since bought a silicone cradle and a shoulder strap..and a storage case. You can also connect to another charge 6 to have two speakers synced together which i love. Well done jbl.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If I could rate them negative, I would.
I ordered from JBL and the delivery date was delayed due to bad weather conditions. Fine, that’s understandable and not an issue. However, I won’t be home during the week they will potentially deliver it, so I called to ask if they could redirect the package to a store for pickup or even postpone the delivery to a later date when I will be home. They said they couldn’t change anything because the package hasn’t reached the province yet. Okay. I explained that I probably wouldn’t be here when they deliver it and asked for any type of assistance. Instead of receiving help, they denied my request, offered absolutely no support, and even told me that I SHOULD’VE ANTICIPATED THIS. I ordered it early on purpose. The package was supposed to arrive last week, so there was more than enough time. Not only were they unable to provide any solution whatsoever, but they made it seem like the entire situation was my fault. Overall, I’m appalled by this level of service. It’s unacceptable for a company of their size to take zero responsibility, offer no alternatives, and then blame the customer.
Product faulty within a month - support lacking
I wish I had looked on here before buying their product. My earphones stopped working properly after a month and I was initially advised to reset them - fair enough. And I stuck to that for a bit, even though the fix was temporary. I’m now trying to get them exchanged and they couldn’t make it more difficult. First they failed to send any return labels. (Although their communication said they had.) As I don’t have access to a printer, I need their printer-free option - only they can’t provide that. They’ve most recently suggested I contact UPS (their chosen courier) directly - as if they are unable to help - rather than finding me a solution. As if they are doing me a favour. The earphones were expensive for a lesser known brand, and I understand things go wrong, but they couldn’t make fixing it more difficult. When I asked couldn’t they just send me a replacement for the faulty product, they didn’t answer. Funny that. I’ll give them another day, the. I’ll report them.
Worst customer service ever!
Ordered a soundbar system from jbls website. They lost my order and said that they need 2 days to look into it and if they can confirm it's lost then they will restart the process. It was never picked up from the shipping company and was extremely poorly handled by customer service. Doesn't matter how good the product are if it takes a huge headache to get them to you!
