Outstanding Customer service

Made my order out and waited for my parts. Using the tracking number I knew when they would show up. Upon arrival I noticed a couple damaged items. I logged onto the website and selected return for the damaged items. I waited for customer service to contact me. When I was contacted, I was instructed to send photos of the damage. After customer service saw the damage they instructed me to discard the items and a new set was shipped out. They also said the shipping department would be instructed not to place heavy items inside boxes with thin aluminum items. Replaced items were delivered. Everything went smooth. I'm happy but more importantly thankful for the outstanding customer service JBugs provided.

Never disappointing!

JBug is a pleasure to do business with. After the local VW parts store closed in town, it was difficult to find quality parts at a reasonable price. A fellow Bug owner gave me a catalog from JBug and I have been able to purchase everything I need to keep my '67 Bug looking sweet. After all these years, I look forward to continue to buy my Bug parts at JBug for many years to come.

Unsafe products …

Steering coupler for my late bay I ordered was complete garbage. Pulled it out after a week and ordered a quality one from another site to replace. They won't be getting my business again.

Well, you always have very good products and fast delivery or dispatch. For me, it's very easy to search on your website... Perhaps the only thing I would suggest is that you should put labels on the boxes you send so as not to bend them... Because sometimes you send delicate pieces (like mine) and if you bend the boxes, you could get hurt...
