One of the last great sources of air-cooled parts
It's getting to the point where finding air-cooled parts for VWs is difficult. JBugs is a tremendous resource. I hope they never go out of business because I don't really know where I would find many parts, if they did. Moreover, they are "Johnny on the Spot" when it comes to response time. The parts from JBugs get here a lot faster than parts I order from Amazon or other sources, literally a few days.
Part looks nice
Part looks nice, great fit. The emblem was a nice finishing touch to my project.
The best store for my VW
JBugs has everything I need to restore my VW, they have an excellent website with pictures and very good description of all spare parts, very good prices and a lot of videos to teach you how to do the job, the service and shipping is always good and fast enough.
Full bug restoration with JBugs
I have fully restored a couple bugs. It makes it so much easier to have a single source for just about everything. Sometimes people complain about quality, but you will get that with any supplier and for some people nothing is ever good enough. Personally I have never had any issues. Sure some things can get on back order, but again, that's a dumb complaint. Go find your parts somewhere else then. Rambling odd review here, but I have been buying parts from JBugs for 4? years and spent some significant $$. They're great.
Horrible packaging …
Ordered a front beam and spark plugs and seals
All items were put in the large box was completely destroyed and lost half my order
Jbugs agreed to reship the items and now I wait again for parts

Ordered some preventative maintenance…
Ordered some preventative maintenance items for my 1974 standard Beetle about 4 months ago. Well today while performing an oil change on my bug I opened my previously purchased oil filter from the 3 that I had purchased for future use, come to my surprise the filter was already used. So I opened the next filter and that one was used also. So I guess 1 Out of 3 filters isn’t bad. Poor on Jbugs.
Excellence !
The excellence that comes from purchasing from you guys…. It’s always quality and it’s always shipped quickly

I purchased an electronic ignition for a 1969 bug. Information stated it would work. It doesn’t. I can’t get anyone to contact me to try and resolve by suggestions or a different product.
Kyle contacted me from tech support and helped me over and above. Fantastic customer service!!
Ordered wiper arms early September
Ordered wiper arms early September, now still on back order. Have heard NOTHING from company. Rest of order came promptly.

On line order work very well and price right on
Although the price was fair
Although the price was fair, I had to rework two of the items purchased. The brake cylinder reservoir has an outlet that is tapered to an extent that the hose slips off with virtually no force. I had to file and re-shape the outlet and remove plastic flashing that caused the hose to slip off draining all the fluid and ruining some paint! The item is foreign-sourced. 2( the other item, torsion bar bushings are WAY too thick and cause severe binding which will cause a horribly stiff and hard ride. These required much grinding of the rubber to achieve the required fit. All this is very time consuming. The other parts purchased seem to be fairly good. Non oem parts can sometime be hit or miss.
