I'm only giving it a one because zero is not an option. If you're planning on getting a car here please bring your own lube. Not only did I get screwed on my contract, my engine blew about 2 months ago. So I took it in to get fixed since it was still under warranty. Even though it was leaking oil and antifreeze, which are Key signs that the motor or head is cracked, they had to fix the oil leak first to make sure that that was the issue. So even though it was under warranty I still paid $800. I had to get a rental vehicle which they told me they would cover once my vehicle is diagnosed until the vehicle was fixed. I spent over $1,200 on a rental for 2 weeks. My reimbursement check was $283. Oh we don't cover weekends or holidays and it's $29.95 a day. This place is absolutely effin ridiculous and I highly highly highly recommend you never step foot here just think of it as hell. You don't want to be there do you? And I don't. I had to review somewhere else talking about Jeff the gentleman who conned me into my car. Oh also let me say I went in on a Friday to get a vehicle I was delayed until Monday I had to go in Friday Saturday and Monday to finally get my paperwork done. Why? So you can find all the loopholes to f me in the ass some more? Please please please read this review and let me tell you from experience you are wasting your time. My vehicle is listed at $9,999. If I make my minimum payments and just do the minimum on my contracts by 2027 I will have paid my vehicle off at the expense of $22,000. I don't have great credit but it's pretty good so there's my story about my experience with JD Byrider and how I'm effin stuck in their spider web now. I can't trade my car in and I can't fight them over my money although I will try. Thank you for listening please go somewhere else

Had a problem with my Oil System. Didn't think the mechanics at Byrider could handle because it was a VW. Took the car to the VW Dealer and they had me thinking I had metal in my oil. Replacement engine between 7100 and 10 thousand dollars. I actually gave the car back to Byrider. Mechanics there says let me take a look at it again. They had it for a week, but the car is running just fine. I am so happy for the final result. They are honest. For the record, this is the 3rd car I have purchased in 15 years, and I have been lucky with every vehicle. I would recommend this location. They are fair.

They're absolute garbage, they're liars.
The cars are overprised, After selling me my car, their sales rep then goes in to telling me how he just priced gouge the kid Before me, I have it in a text message from the sales rep and my lawyer is working on a case ight now. Just stay clear, way clear They just Pretend like they're your friend

They approve u online but deny u when u go to store.there not up on there words. Bad experience told approved called told them I'd ha e to hire a ride it's hr away oh ur approved get there need cosigner..bs.not good..should be told one phone before driving there to have to pay for rides back.or walk home took hrs to get home.not trusting to get approved and told come in to get turned away..

We has been looking for a car and was turned down me and wife stop by byrider on Peter's creek road and there did not turn us down they guickly I got us in a car most dealership needs to learn from byrider again thanks to Tyler Alexander for a great job and the great experience with them. JD Byrider sold my daughter a 2018 Town and Country. She hasn't even had the car 3 months and the transmission is going in it. Well, guess what, Y'all are Going to fix this problem or be taken to Court!

I recently bought my third vehicle from JdByrider The first one I got when I lived in Jacksonville Fl and never had any issues with it the other two I bought at the Bowling Green Ky location
The second vehicle. 2012 Chrysler 200 I experienced problems with it on two separate occasions They fixed both problems and even sent a wrecker to my house to take it and fix it
My third vehicle a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Van The key won’t unlock the door the key fob works fine They made me an appointment to bring it in and they will fix it
Tonia the sales lady was Awesome She was very polite and helpful Brian in finance helped get me in a nice vehicle I love it
Anytime you test drive a vehicle make sure you check everything out and bring any problems to there attention they will take care of it
And check the mileage on it I personally would never buy a Ford Been down that road
I highly recommend this business See Sales lady Tonia and tell her I recommend you to them
They will help you in any way possible

I hope this will save someone because I didn’t look at the reviews before getting my first car note with by rider. 4 years ago I put $2000 down on a 2010 ford fusion the balance for the note was 12,000 & car note was supposed to be $390 every month and I was told I would be done paying off in less than 2 years …. Here I am 4 years later still owe over $5000 !!!!!! How idk ! 🤷🏾‍♀️ they tell me anything and just took my car because I missed a month of payment due to the car being so old I get things fix every other month. !!!! Tried to return and they said I can indeed return it but will still be responsible for the rest of the payments what a rip off !!!! my car is so old altogether. I’ve already paid a little over $30,000 for this 2010 Ford fusion on top of that when I calculated my monthly payments lol like how ???!!!!!! Plus I’ve spent thousands of dollars because the car was so old and I’ve got multiple things fixed on the car !!! I’m speechless with myself, but it’s definitely a lesson learned. Please do not buy from here or do business !!!!! That should of been my FIRST red flag but I was so young and desperate for a car smh here it is 4 years later I still owe $5,000 + on the car and paid way over what I was told which was supposed to be only 12,000

I bought my Ford fiesta from them about a year and a half ago and told them the transmission was going out because my husband said to let them know and they told me oh no it’s not the transmission and this last week on 2/10/24 we put $5000 down on a transmission pocket and other parts, that should’ve been fixed when we did ask they lied and I will not ever buy another car from them again I am over this crap with them they lie they don’t do their inspections like they say and they knew the transmission was going out when I got it because we kept telling them that the second day after we got the car don’t buy a car from here

Where do I start.. well I’ll say this if you have bad credit and are willing to get ripped off in order to have a car that you won’t be able to refinance because you will owe double maybe triple what their POS cars are worth then this is the place for you. They will tell you that they have
3 year or 30,000 mile warranty but when your car breaks down a few minutes after leaving dealership don’t be surprised when nothing is covered or you have to pay up front and wait months possibly even years to get your money back. If you buy from here good luck and I’m sorry. But my advice save your money build your credit until you can buy from a reputable dealership not this whatever you want to call it.

I wanted to jump on here and give a hugh shout out to a couple of employees. I have definately had my issues with jd byrider in the past, but lately i found 2 diamonds in the rough. Emma in CNAC and Abby in auto repair. These 2 woman are the best in customer service. I recently experenced issues with my car and both these ladies went above and beyond to assist me in getting back on track with my car. Abby also went to great lengths to get my daughters car back on the road. Kudos to these 2 ladies!!!

Can someone please explain to me why a vehicle purchased from Byrider needs its third alternator replaced under warranty and the wait time for this replacement is Jan 25 2024. Obviously for you to receive a car payment a person needs to go to work correct????? Over a month for a simple repair is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!! Corporate will get back to me in 5-7 days. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Time to get social media involved

This is the worst company you can get a car from please don't look they way cause you will definitely regret it I would hate for anyone to go through with what I went through...they sells lies and dreams and makes your life miserable that you would rather walk to where you going to keep from dealing with them...run away from this company if you want what's best for you

I don't even want to give him one star, they deserve no Stars the sales team is amazing. The service department sucks they force you to pay for an extended warranty program that they would go their way out of and say that it's not covered under waorange like literally, I have paperwork stating a code that is coming up on my husband's car for a transmission problem and they are claiming. We have to pay for a diagnostic test when I've already paid 3 people for one. And I have the pronounce of it. We got nothing but problems with the service department people lying to us and they sold him a car with the headlights shining on the ground. We want our money back for the extended word. Do we paid for Cos? I've read BB reviews and they're all bad and it all has to do with your janky extended warranty. So I think you need to change it. Cause you're literally about to get sued by me.

I bought a car from JB Rider in Joliet about maybe 4 years ago never been late on the payment get a little short on work only was late one time they called everybody in my family to see when they going to get their payment only been late one time in 4 years thank God I only have 1500 more hundred dollars to Pay and I'm done

I bought a ford focus! Made 3 biweekly payments. The trans mission went out I knew something was up because the salesman keep calling to see how the car was. They have had for two in a half years now. Please anybody reading this do not buy from this place!!!!
