Worst company to order from and when calling for questions they are very rude when answering I had to just hang up. They won't refund for the wrong motor.

Fast shipping. Engine is very clean. Came with wiring harness and ECM. Installing Monday and hopefully all is good.

I am disappointed with the delivery. Our engine was expected/tracking to be delivered on 12/9 and left on a delivery truck at 9:38am MT on 12/9. When it was not delivered by 5:30pm, I called dispatch to find out why. I was informed that the driver didn't get to it. He had reached his max work hours and brought it back. I asked that it be given priority for the next day, 12/10. I just got confirmation that it was delivered 12/11. So, not only was it not given priority for 12/10 since it was already late, but it was delayed further. The shipping was very expensive ($375), but the delay has cost me an additional $275 in rental car fees due to the 3 day delay.

Called for questions and all questions were answered and ordered an engine! Received the engine in a timely manner! Installedmit and it runs grwat

First gear is shot and reverse goes bang loud noise definitely not from Japan with around 60000 miles is total B.S.

Very prompt delivery,haven’t had the opportunity to install the engine but I’m looking to detail the engine bay first

FRAUD! I got a 2013 Subaru Forester engine, spent 2,500$ then another 300$ to get it in. It is throwing all kinds of error messages and makes loud clanking noise and turns on maybe 30% of the time.
I sent them the error codes it is throwing me and I tell them it is a bad engine. They want me to fully diagnose the problem myself with the engine, Spend the money to have it taken back out and return it, to only maybe reimburse me for the engine itself which they aren't even going to do.

The engine got to me very quickly. I haven’t had a chance to pick it up from the shop so I haven’t had a chance to look it over and check it out. It was a good deal. Good price. Hope everything works out well with the engine thanks again. Definitely recommend you to friends in the future.

Be Carefull my People, I bought a Low 50,000 millage engine trough Gerardo AutoCare from JDM, back on May 2024, and just 3 months later the Engine start making a loud noise, I took my Car to another shop, ending up that the so called “LOW MILLEAGE ENGINE” wasnot such a thing, He remove the Oil pan and black sludge was glued to the walls, and this meaning that this engine has more than 300,000 milles, I Spoke With Joe from JDM he said there is nothing they can do since the warranty was only for 3 months and 4 months was transcurred, I understand this, But this is if they really Sell a 50,000 milles engine, First this engine wasn’t a low mileage engine.
The “LOW MILLEAGE ENGINE” thing from Japan, is a scam, to sell more.
It is so sad that this Companies, Use this slogan, to Steal the money that we hardly has been saved, and we fall thinking that we will give live back to the old car for at least another 5 years.
Please refraing from buying engines from JDM and use Gerardo Auto Care, They are working together to put more money on their pockets, and not thinking about being Honest.

Tengan Cuidado mi Gente, compré un motor de 50,000 millas a través de Gerardo AutoCare y JDM, allá por mayo de 2024, y solo 3 meses después el motor comenzó a hacer un ruido fuerte, llevé mi auto a otro taller, lo cual el mecánico me dijo que el llamado “MOTOR DE BAJO MILLAJE” no era tal cosa. Quitó el cárter de aceite y había lodo oscuro pegado a las paredes, y esto significa que este motor tiene más de 300.000 millas. Hablé con Joe de JDM y dijo que no hay nada que puedan hacer. Dado que la garantía era solo por 3 meses y transcurrieron 4 meses, lo entiendo, pero esto es si que realmente venden un motor de 50,000 millas. En primer lugar, este oscuro, motor no era un motor de bajo Millaje.
Lo del “MOTOR DE BAJO MILAJE” de Japón, es una estafa, para vender más.
